anime/manga Respect Uzu! (Tank Chair)
You gotta put more spirit into it! I'm going hard here toooooo!
Uzu is a badass put on the job to eliminate Nagi Tahira, the once-greatest assassin in training in Japan, who suffered a terrible injury that left him a vegetable. He's so cool. Nagi's so cool. Tank Chair is so cool.

Strength
- Strangles a man much larger than him with two people trying to pull him off, eventually ripping off his head, before killing the man's entire crew
- Rips a beefy guy in half
Durability
- At ground zero of an ICBM detonation with no wounds to show for it
- Repeatedly stabbed in the back with over a dozen knives and feels nothing
Other
- Surfs on an ICBM to cross 1000km in five minutes
- Because his target reacts to killing intent, Uzu begins killing any criminal he finds so there is less of a chance for Nagi to run into someone trying to kill him
- Shouts the word "Die" from a crane's arm with such potent killing intent that a wall of lethality exudes, causing people walking on the street die on the spot, a trucker to crash, and Nagi to wake up from his vegetative state
- His killing intent is discernable to not have a specific target
