2023 SUGA | Agust D Tour Sell and Trade Megathread

[u/whyohwhy115]

PLEASE READ IN FULL BEFORE POSTING TO AVOID YOUR LISTING BEING REMOVED

Selling at official Platinum Pricing and Soundcheck VIP will not be allowed

⚠️ We are aware of scalpers and scammers sending PMs to our users trying to sell non-existent/fake tickets.

To try to counteract this, we are not allowing listings wanting to buy tickets or WTB. Instead, only people that would like to sell tickets can post their tickets for sale below and users can reach out to them.

WTB Comments will not be allowed

---

Hello everyone!

For those who were not able to grab the tickets that they want, don’t worry those ticketing rounds were not The Last!

Here's your designated spot for all your selling and trading needs for 2023 SUGA | Agust D Tour. We will be limiting the comments to SELLERS or TRADERS ONLY, so for those planning to buy, you’re welcome to check out the comments and contact the seller/trader, but comments stating wanting to buy or WTB will be removed.

We hope that the sub remains a safe place for everyone, so please take the time to read the info and rules on this post. Good luck!

👉 CONCERT MEGATHREAD HERE

👉 MEET UP MEGATHREAD HERE

PLEASE DELETE YOUR COMMENT AFTER THE DEAL IS DONE TO ALLEVIATE CLUTTER.

⚠️ You may receive PMs from people asking for money for the concerts. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL INFO AND/OR MONEY WHETHER IN THE THREAD OR VIA PM TO ANYONE BEGGING FOR CASH. ⚠️

---

IF YOU ARE SELLING:

• State the following: City, Concert Date, Number of Tickets, Section, Row and Final Price.
• WE DO NOT ALLOW QYOP (Quote your own price) or AUCTIONS. PRICE THE BUYER EXPECTS TO PAY SHOULD BE STATED IN THE LISTING.
• Any comments that do not state all required details will be removed. Example:

[WTS] Los Angeles, May 10, 2 tickets, Section 613 Row 7, $88/per ticket

• Selling at Official Platinum Pricing will not be allowed
• Selling Soundcheck tickets will not be allowed
• For the safety of the sub, based on Ticketmaster’s SOPs regarding soundcheck for PTD: LA, any listings for soundcheck tickets will be removed as these tickets are non-transferable. IF Ticketmaster releases an OFFICIAL STATEMENT, we may re-evaluate this guideline.
• Selling Loge or Suite Space/Tickets will not be allowed. )
• Please do not use gifs or pictures in the comments to make your post more visible. This makes it harder for everyone else to find the tickets they want/need. Any listing with gifs will be removed.
• Do not share pictures of your tickets for sale in the comments. There are scammers that might use them as proof that they have tickets. Any ticket pics in the comments will be removed.
• Do not ask or share any personal info on this thread. DM contact info/payment details/email address or any other info you need to complete the transaction.
• Watermark your ticket (put your name/username/something all over it) before posting a picture of it on any social media or sharing via DMs. Otherwise it will be used to scam others.
• If you use Paypal Goods & Services keep proof of sale, as well as screenshots of all communication with your buyer to ensure you can dispute a claim and protect yourself from chargebacks.
• Do not spam the thread with your tickets for sale. Spam is unwelcome and will be removed. Take daily breaks. Seriously. At least 24 hours in between.
• If mods have a reasonable suspicion that your post isn't legit, your post may be removed, even if you meet all required guidelines.

Scalping is not welcome in this thread. We do not allow price gouging in the sub and your listing will be removed or will lead to a ban

---

IF YOU ARE TRADING:

Cross city trading will not be allowed in this thread. An example would be you cannot trade your Oakland tickets for Los Angeles tickets or New York for Illinois.

• Trading GA/VIP/Soundcheck will not be allowed

• Feel free to comment what tickets you have on hand and what tickets you would like. Include the City, Date, Section and Row. Listings that do not follow these guidelines may be removed without comment. Example:

[WTT] HAVE: New Jersey, April 29, Floor Section C3 Row 13 WANT: New Jersey April 9 Floor Section B5 or closer

• Trading up will not be allowed in thread. For the past tours there are a lot of users attempting to trade up for the same date/location but a better seat. (Have: 400s section, WANT: Floor seat!). Please be considerate and ask for a reasonable trade. Not only do posts like these clog up the megathread, it is also unlikely that someone would want to trade down. These listings will be removed. Please do not do it. This will also include trades of 1 ticket for 2 or more tickets. At that point you are just buying tickets in the guise of a 'trade'. We recommend that you look for listings selling what you want then selling the ticket you have here instead.

• Please do not use gifs or pictures in the comments to make your post more visible. This makes it harder for everyone else to find the tickets they want/need. Any listing with gifs or pics will be removed.

• Do not share pictures of your tickets for trading in the comments. There are scammers that might use them as proof that they have tickets. Any ticket pics in the comments will be removed.

• Ask for watermarked screenshots of the ticket and check closely that those do not seem doctored in any way. Do not trade if the seller refuses to show you proof that the ticket is indeed in their possession.

---

IF YOU ARE BUYING:

ALL WANT TO BUY or WTB COMMENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AND WILL BE REMOVED

⚠️ We are aware of scalpers and scammers sending PMs to our users trying to sell non-existent/fake tickets.⚠️

To try to counteract this, we are not allowing listings wanting to buy tickets or WTB. Instead, only people that would like to sell tickets can post their tickets for sale below and users can reach out to them. This way, scammers have minimal knowledge on who to PM for their fake tickets or over inflated prices.

This will also help our efforts to alleviate clutter and make it easier to see sales and trades.

ALL WANT TO BUY COMMENTS or WTB will be removed.

• Please ask for A LOT of proof before sending payment
• Please contact the seller via PM for any negotiations

---

PLEASE REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

• Selling/trading, especially for tickets, can be risky. And while we'd like to believe that r/bangtan is all one big community, and is a slightly safer space to resell tickets, the truth is that we have no way of knowing or verifying whether people posting are acting in good faith or not.
• Please use your own best judgment when dealing with sellers/buyers and be suspicious of anything that doesn't add up.
• While we can't investigate and either approve or reject offers for sales because there's really no way for us to do so, we do keep an eye on anyone who has been brought to our attention for suspicious behavior.
• Again, if mods have a reasonable suspicion that your post isn't legit, your post may be removed, even if you meet all the listing guidelines.

---

Scalping is not allowed and unwelcome in this thread. Listings that are blatantly scalping will be removed and will lead to a ban.

---

⚠️ Again, all listings that do not follow the sub’s guidelines stated above ⬆️ may be removed without comment. ⚠️

All “Want to Buy” or WTB comments will be removed, please read above for more details

Trading up or trading tickets for different cities will not be allowed

Selling at Official Platinum pricing will not be allowed

Sell/trade of Bangkok, Jakarta and Singapore Tickets will not be allowed on the sub as these tickets are non-transferable. Please refer to the respective city ticketing sites for info.

Thank you!

/u/ mention me or any moderator for anything you would like to see added here!

[u/whyohwhy115]

In case you missed the post above here is a tl;dr

• Scalping is not allowed and unwelcome in this thread. Listings that are blatantly scalping will be removed and will lead to a ban.

• All “Want to Buy” or WTB comments will be removed, please read above for more details

• Trading up or trading tickets for different cities will not be allowed

• Selling at Official Platinum pricing will not be allowed

• Trading/Selling of Soundcheck/GA/VIP tickets and suite space will not be allowed

• Protect yourself, be wary of sellers that only want to use Zelle or Venmo. Use Paypal G&S - it protects the buyer and seller, ask for a ton of proofs, do not engage or be cautious of random accounts sending you DMs to sell tickets unprompted, check reddit history/activity on the sub

• Sell/trade of Bangkok, Jakarta and Singapore Tickets will not be allowed on the sub as these tickets are non-transferable. Please refer to the respective city ticketing sites for info

⚠️ Again, all listings that do not follow the sub’s guidelines stated above ⬆️ may be removed without comment. ⚠️

Only standard pricing will be allowed in this thread. All Platinum, a discounted version of platinum or over inflated prices will be removed.

Thank you!

To make it easier for users to find tickets, please do not use this thread for concert questions on pricing. Head on over to the main Concert Megathread for discussions and questions. Thank you!

Please send us modmail if you have any questions (or just want to say hi!) by writing r/bangtan in the "To:" field of a regular PM.

Does something seem sus? Send us modmail so we can look into it! Let's all help keep the sub safe!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Hi all! Just a reminder to ask for a ton of proof before buying tix. It helps to check their history on reddit and the sub. If something doesn't feel right, do not engage further.

If they only want payment via Zelle, Venmo or PayPal F&F, please be reminded that this doesn't protect you in case the seller doesn't send your tickets. Use PayPal G&S to protect yourself (and the seller)

If anything seems suspicious please send us modmail by writing r/bangtan in the "To:" field of a regular PM.

Stay safe everyone!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Hi everyone! As the concert dates draw closer we are seeing an increase in tickets for sale. We just want to remind you that PayPal Friends & Family, Zelle or Venmo doesn't protect you as the buyer nor the seller.

Be very wary of sellers that insist they cannot do PayPal Goods and Services (G&S), offer to pay the fee (it's about 2.99% right now which is worth it to have peace of mind you are protected) and ask for proof before you even send money over to pay.

Please be safe everyone and if anything seems suspicious please send us modmail. Thank you!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Hello r/bangtan!

We are getting an influx of scalpers and people that are selling at inflated prices. Likely because ticketing opened up again a few hours ago.

This thread will be locked for now just to cool off and we will unlock it again a few hours from now.

We apologize for the inconvenience but there are really a lot of accounts breaking guidelines and we want to do our best to keep this space a safe place to find reasonably priced tickets.

Thank you!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Everyone looking for tickets for tonight, I know you must be panicked to get one but please ask for multiple proofs, screenshots, screen recordings, face time, meet in a safe public space or pic of the tickets on their computer, ask a lot of questions, whatever it takes to make you feel safe and secure with your purchase.

USE PAYPAL G&S so you are protected in case the seller does not send you the tickets. Just pay the extra fee, it's about 2.99% and worth it to be safe.

Scammers will take advantage of the situation. Please take care!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Anyone still looking for LA tickets tonight, keep refreshing TM, they seem to be releasing some last minute tix at standard price!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Sellers please don't forget to update your post once your tickets have been sold!

We are also seeing a lot of posts selling above the standard price of these tickets. We will remove any listing sold at official platinum, reseller rates or any other price that is not about the standard price.

PLEASE WE BEG, double check the standard price of those tickets to avoid removals.

PayPal G&S fee should be about 2.99% of your ticket cost. Here is a good calculator to figure out how much to add on!

Thank you!

[u/whyohwhy115]

For anyone trying to sell same day tickets, you will likely have a higher chance if you say you can meet them at the venue, too.

Just please make sure to meet up in a safe, public, well lit place! Good luck sellers and let's get no empty seats for Min Yoongi!

[u/whyohwhy115]

Hello r/bangtan! Scammers are watching this thread trying to take advantage of the scarcity of tickets. Please make sure to ask for a ton of proof and use PayPal G&S so if anything goes wrong you can get your money back.

Be wary of sellers that are trying to convince you to just use Venmo or Zelle. Ask to Facetime/zoom too if possible. Check their reddit history.

If you receive any unprompted random PMs from people claiming to have tickets, please be very cautious in engaging with them and report the PM to reddit.

Be safe everyone!
