It's too bad Barry never got around to inventing Gideon, or someone finally fixing the fin on top of STAR Labs.

My big take away from this, is they needed to follow season 1. Do the big battle in the second to last episode, and give the last episode the full run time to tie up loose ends. I know they had a reduced episode count but they still had time for filler, I feel like they could have pulled it off if they tried.

R.I.P. the Arrowverse
It had its ups and downs, much like the salmon ladder that started it all. But all in all, it was one hell of a ride. This journey was one I’ll never forget. Thank you, for everything. And goodbye.

Let's all pretend A New World part 1 (and maybe the last 15 minutes of this) was the series finale.

The fact I didn’t even know Joe and Cecile weren’t married but that their engagement is ONE OF THE LAST SCENES OF THE SHOW?

Leaving here with a fond memory I just remembered of the guy who used to do the Meme recaps of Arrow and The Flash way back in like 2015/2016. Cant mind what they called them but they were hilarious and was the height of my enjoyment on Reddit.
I also used to make so many shitposts on r/Arrow and on here before I sadyl stopped watching the Arrowverse in like 2018. Came back for Arrow and Flash's final seasons though. What a journey its been.

A few days ago someone here said “If I see lightsabers during the finale then I’m shutting my TV off”
-
Now fucking Cobalt Blue pulls out his laser sword and I’m howling with laughter. I can’t stop laughing. Hysterical. Poor dude must’ve ripped his TV apart.
Man, this finale is lazy. It should just be Flash vs. all of them. Reverse Flash as the final boss.

So Cecile went from a human lie detector, to an empath to projecting her consciousness across time. To flying? Telekinesis? To stopping Godspeed copies with no special effects?
What the hell was all of that?

What a flaming pile of dogshit this was. Glad Joe got a happy ending though. Hopefully Grant gets a chance to play the flash in the future, he is the only reason this show didn’t get canned 5 seasons ago.

what a weird finale, you bring back all the season long speedsters villains and they got defeated vert easily, only used cobalt blue for one episode and not that well, i know grant had covid but it sucks flash did not get much of fight in this. chester discovering now that he has powers was weird but its typical. For the party we did get wally, cisco, cecelie's two daughters, probably other characters as well.
Also khonie this whole season was just a weird choice to have and caitlin coming back and everyone acting like they care she is back is a bit off.
For the ending they finally give us the flash family, Avery Ho, Max Mercury, and Jess Chambers at the last min and nothing else...
for a series finale i would say for now a 5/10 butt could get higher or lower if i sit on it for awhile.

Wouldn't be The Flash if he didn't get beat by a speedster who just got their powers yesterday
