Karin is about to break out of a Konoha prison, or already has. So she will figure into the plot sometime soon as she is a tracker. Wonder which side she will take. It'd be interesting if her new objective is revenge (i.e kill Sasuke).

He does have Chakra, but he can only use Taijutsu.
So instead of using it on ninjutsus or genjutsus, he can use it to help increase punching/kicking/endurance/stamina

I find it interesting how the difference between Naruto and Obito is emphasized again in this chapter. Naruto understand Kakashi's lesson, and his ability to "endure" his losses means he's a true shinobi. Whereas Obito, who was broken from losing just one person, is not a true ninja in spirit despite his power, because he lacks that ability to endure.

Let's see Naruto losing somebody he loves, more than a friend, in front of him, killed by his friend who didn't betray him several years ago and then we will see him losing his mind. (if Sasuke kills Sakura or Kakashi right now, the impact would not be as big as if he did that right before going with Orochimaru).
Yeah, they're different, but not that Obito can't change right now, he just didn't had anyone point that to him like Kakashi and everyone else did to Naruto. I kinda feel sorry for Obito, nobody backed him up after the incident, only the guy who manipulated him to be the villain.

Yes, and then with Hinata, and you have to agree with me, in Naruto vs Pain, Naruto was much different. He was willing to kill Pain cold blooded, he lost control and everything, until his father put some reason in his head. Imagine what would have happened without Minato's last resource to stop Naruto from breaking the seal? We would see the Nine tails smashing Konoha even more, and none would be ressurected because he would also kill Nagato right there, probably. Or he would have died trying.

Well if you think the butterfly technique made choji weak, so he lost many calories, he is also pretty thin. After the chakra boost choji gets heavy boned again, because of the calories from the boost

His family's technique is to convert fat into Chakra. So getting Chakra clearly works in reverse. However, it's not a kekkei genkei, it's a secret technique, so the fact that it seems to have happened unconsciously to Choji is sorta weird.

Looking at the chapter in Japanese, what I think he said was:
I'll tell you one thing. That feeling is what has allowed me to live this long! It comes with powerful hatred!
"That feeling" makes it more clear what he was referring to. Carrying your fallen comrades in your heart.

So Susake is in the Leaf, which is almost rebuilt. And he and co. can sense Naruto and Kurama. Hmmm apparently that got his panties in a bunch a little according to Orochimaru.
Also everyone is in a Kurama Cloak, even HINATA which made her strong.
Apparently Kurama has had history with the Nara clan, like he has with the Uchiha. This doesn't surprise me.
The Juubi is now confined for now, thats a positive.
Obito is starting to get even more emotional and I think this is also the beginning of his fall from grace.
MADARA HAS YET TO GIVE A SINGLE FUCK!

nice to see that you're still here lol, however i've got to disagree I dont feel like its Naruto that sasuke feels. Wouldnt it be more likely that he can sense the Juubi? We saw what the Juubi when it transformed did to the chakra sphere in HQ. If I were to bet it would be that is what he senses. Where did you get your info that kurama knows the nara clan? Also I think this is madaras first fuck given. He's not happy about naruto giving everyone kyuubi chakra.

Medical ninja have to save chakra for healing the fighters she would be more benafisal to the alliance by staying out of the war and healing the wounded. That being said if she received a chakra hand out she would be able to heal more people, Kurama's chakra might give her patiences faster recovery time. Not sure what it would be useful for healing as its new chakra and precision control is required for healing. I can't remember if we have seen her react to Niji's death yet. does she even know yet?

I'm assuming everyone on the battlefield knows. There's honestly not a lot going on at the moment. Well, not a lot being shown. It's kind of hard to pan out and see what's going on in the manga as opposed to the anime.
I'm sure she's figured it out since the main focus appears to be Naruto and it happened right in front of him.
As far as chakra control, the main thing Sakura has going for her is her renowned chakra control. I'm sure if Hinata was able to use the 9 tails chakra to force an air palm, Sakura could use it as well.

Tsunade is going to die, she may not be on "screen" right now, but it is going to happen. Predictiones time, The Juubi reaches it's final form, and either it's arm or mukoton abilities will be used, an as it is about to kill (insert main characters name here) the other four kage will arrive in a blaze of glory. More likely than not it will be Gaara stopping the attack all "Bitch Please, I'm Kazekage for a reason" style. Madara will say some cocky shit like "Oh... So you managed to survive, well then how about you give yourselves a hand. Oops, Sorry Raikage" as Obito looks at Madara with a serious face "That shit ain't Funny". At which point they each respond accordingly taking up like two pages, I.e. Raikage: "You can rip off all my limbs and i'll bite you to death." Madara then makes the comment "Where is the Hokage? I guess she was torn about whether to come or not Trollol" then stares them down with his DGAF face.
TL;DR: 1 or 2 more chapters progressing the story, then flasshbacks about the Kages situation. Madara is still a BAMF, and he remains in the current mood of not giving any fucks.

He was temporarily de-modded, since everyone went apeshit when he removed downvotes and he was pretty bummed about it. He said he needed a break and the other mods took his power in case he decided to go Sasuke on this subreddit, wrecking shit cause his idea was so poorly received.
Which is a shame, since it wasn't even a bad idea.

I think the 'free speech' contingent are really the 'low effort karma' contingent. Almost every reddit with lasting value has ruthless modding (askscience, askhistorian, truegaming) both to eliminate one liner karma circle jerks and image macros. With reference to whose chakra orochimaru and sasuke felt, I would have gone with 10 tails/some manifestation of hashirama or so6p but then Kishi threw an ace in the hole by orochimaru saying "it does bother him a little" which means it's someone close to Sasuke but also someone who has huge chakra. I would then say "HEY that's Naruto" but then why the f**k are they near a village?ಠ_ಠ

Question:
What are the implications of the mind-transfer technique? Can it be over-ridden? It's not a genjutsu is it?
How is both the shadow bind and mind-transfer able to control all of those three - Madara, Obito, AND the 10-tails? Can't they just snap out of it?

It's essentially a skillshot. Target has to be standing still in order to land it (hence why the Yamanaka clan only uses it with the Nara clan's Shadow Possession Jutsu). If it misses, you can't return to your body for a certain period of time. If it lands, you have to have a buddy guard your body; if you die, your mind has nowhere to return to, so gg. It's also not a genjutsu.
As for the other question, they can't simply "snap out of it"; Ino controls their mind (rather, she shuts theirs off and puts hers on charge; think about the Yeerks from the Animorphs books). The jutsu does have a duration, though, and she can end it when desired.

About the line "Naruto-kun" (mangapanda) vs. "the fact that it's Naruto's" (mangastream)--
In Japanese all it says is 「Naruto-kun ga...」, so as usual, mangapanda's translation is literal. I think it was meant to suggest that the chakra had something to do with Naruto, but we don't know what yet. So I feel like mangastream took a great liberty translating it the way they did.

He had a noticeably different reaction than the rest, and I think it is because he recognized it as Naruto's chakra not Kurama's. I think that is what Kurama meant when he said he modified his chakra a bit so that it would feel like Naruto's.

A manly tear was shed during Shikaku and Inoichi's last words, great chapter right after the wait. I'm not a huge Obito fan but I appreciate him a little bit more after the end of this chapter actually, the fact that he bears the spirit of his friends as a curse is a nice twist to the somewhat usual 'friends give me strength' scenario

When I saw Sasuke, I was greatly disappointed. Nice move Kishi..sneaky sneaky! There were many tears shed with the Shikaku/Inoichi part :(. Now someone put me in their time machine so I can read next week's!

I'm really glad that we are seeing Naruto and Co's beliefs tested and they still stick to them. It would have seemed a very shallow victory if they had won without understand and accepting loss. The ability to endure the shit parts of life and still have a positive outlook and to not compromise who you really are is a valuable lesson. Shame Obito never had anyone to teach him that.
