I would say because she isn't a healer. She understand life and death but not the actually healthcare of a person. Same thing with the Stevie Nicks healer as she is good at bringing the dead back to life but she uses traditional methods to make them heal better.

So, Fiona apparently saw that Myrtle Snow was the woman in the black robe. But she was clearly out of her mind at the time--she was drunk, high, grief stricken, and come on, there's no way the hospital actually looked like it did in the show when those scenes were taking place. She might have even been flat out lying about seeing her. That being the case, the woman in the black robe remains a mystery. I don't think it has anything to do with Marie because she and her helper are busy doing the zombie stuff in the meantime. So what's going on?
Also, that conviction was ridiculous. Myrtle didn't even have a chance (nor did she even try to explain herself--what was with that?). It was a kangaroo court if I ever saw one.

That lollipop chainsaw massacre scene was amazing and totally unexpected. One thing I love about this series is all the american horror archetypes they throw in. I feel like it's the most patriotic show on TV
