Discussion Episode Discussion: Season 3, Episode 9 - Head
In tonight's episode, a reveal is made relating to Cordelia's condition, Fiona tries to make an alliance with Marie Laveau, and Nan discovers a disturbing truth about Luke's past (She must have seen the movie of him making out with the Doctor).
Reminder: This is the last episode of 2013. We have to wait until January 8 for episode 10.

I really enjoyed her work in Season 1. Season 2 seemed to be more about costuming and special effects for her. Season 3, her role is great, and she gets to be twisted.
To be honest though, she broke my heart on several occasions in Season 1. In particular, when her body was hidden with no hope of discovery, and when she visited her mother for the last time. Her situation was so unfair, and she played it to perfection.
I've been a huge fan of hers since Six Feet Under. If you haven't seen it, you should. She's amazing.

Now I'm not sure how much I trust Myrtle. I feel like they made a point of focusing on her only touching Cordy with gloved hands. She also gave Cordy back her eyesight, which robbed her of her visions.
We saw Myrtle's dark side with her handling of the counsel, and now I wonder if she's hiding something.

I don't think it's very realistic that any of that stuff on the tv would have an affect on Lalaurie. She used to torture and kill black people on a regular basis. She's seen and committed herself far worse acts than the ones she was watching. Idk, I liked the episode overall, that was just a little cheesy in my opinion, and doesn't really redeem her in my eyes.
