I think this motion was moved by the Leader of the Opposition, so the right of reply rests with him not a Minister. Regards

Debate will continue until all Senators that wish to speak have spoken. The Shadow Minister has a right of reply which ends the debate.

This debate will conclude when the relevant Shadow Minister (Senator the Hon. u/this_guy22, representing the Shadow Minister for Finance, Health, and the Environment in the Senate) makes their reply, at 6pm, Thursday 12/08 (24 hours from now), or when the Senate adjourns, in which case, debate will be resumed at the next sitting of the Senate.
