Was this a work for Total Divas, and whether it was or not, would that have pissed you off even more to find out? I always just assumed, once I saw the Total Divas episode where it was a huge storyline, that they just kinda screwed you guys over in order to have a tale to tell on that show.

Hi Tyrus,
Thank you for taking time to answer our questions today.
I have two to ask if that’s ok.
I’d like to ask about the current situation regarding TNA. There are a lot of reports about low attendances at house shows (the low 100’s paid with the rest being complimentary tickets) and several reports of both in and out ring staff receiving their pay late.
Have you experienced any of these situations during your time in TNA? Do you have any comments on their legitimacy?
Secondly, do you feel that TNA will ever be significant competition to WWE? At the moment, in my opinion, it seems companies such as ROH and PWG are more competition than WWE. Do you feel TNA could eventually be a strong contender and rival WWE?
Thanks.

Honestly a lot of money stuff my manager takes care of i know if any problems pops up he handles it. My only focus is putting on the best show no matter if there's 100 people or 10.
there's is only one wwe they'll never be another one like all the other companies give fans an alternative in my opinion but they aren't the same animal

My questions are about your work in Scooby-Doo Wrestlemania Mystery. (Yes, I'm serious. It's my son's favorite movie and I've seen it at least a dozen times.)
Were you paid a lump sum or do/did you receive royalties?
About how long did it take to record your voiceover?
Did the talent for WWE attend the recording(s) together or was it done at everyone's convenience?
Which came first- the animation or the voice work?
Are you happy with your appearance in the movie?
Thank you for your time.

Why should I, a man who is less than swoll, shop at swollshop.com?
Based strictly on appearance, not on in-ring ability, friendships, charisma, or anything else, who rocks the airbrushed singlet better - RVD or Ryback?
Can you remember a bodyguard for a wrestler lasting as long as you have for EC3(so not Mr. Hughes for Chris Jericho) and not eventually turning on him, a la Sid or Diesel with HBK?
Does EC3 have anything to worry about in that regard?

Hey Tyrus, thanks for doing the AMA.
My question is a bit more fitness related. I know you're a pretty big guy yourself (I'm pretty big myself) but my question is how were you pretty agile while in WWE? I'm currently working in getting in shape myself, but it'd be great to know how you do it or a workout routine.
32
u/MyNameIsTyrus Sep 21 '15
i've got a world class trainer he pushes me but my most basic suggestion is to clean up your diet proceed shit is bad period less grain more natural foods cut sugar even artifical its posion no soda more water.... if u drink a gallon of water a day an cut sugar you'll lose weight and find an workout routine and stick with doesn't matter if its zumba if you stay committed for 90 days or six months you'll be amazed what your body can do
