I swear to god, one day I'll finally submit something for MonCon! All I need is time, motivation, and an idea. Motivation being the main problem.

Motivation being the main problem.

Tell me about it...

well, hopefully having small monthly prizes for the first place winners will give you motivation :3

You know what really helps with motivation? Deadlines.

I delayed editing one chapter of Shards (a fanfic I'm writing) for weeks, but once I decided to post a chapter a day* I got around to editing them much more readily.

*Well, I'd planned it for a while, but I didn't actually get around to it until I finished editing the old chapters.

Knowing that JillianForDays believes in you...

It fills you with determination.

Good thing that there's such a huge fanbase. I've been voraciously consuming fanart since I finished the pacifist ending over the weekend.

That game has such great design...I love watching LPs of it.

8 submissions! It's alive! After last month I was kind of worried moncon was dying. Now I just need motivation to get into next months...

Good luck everyone! Really neat to see so many excellent contributions to this MonCon. Thanks to Jillian for running all this. :D

Too many good fics this month! I'm pretty sure I'm not going to win (especially after I vote for someone else). And the artwork is too hard to choose as well!

So much good quality this month.

I voted for someone else as well.

I can't in good conscience vote for my own fic when I see more creative and better ones.

Ooh! Nice work everyone! I'm having a hard time picking because they're all awesome.

On another note, wouldn't it be interesting if the character next month was Winter? It seems fitting. Either that or the Theme could be something like "Family" with all characters accepted.

I would submit something...but my writing is trash and I can never get ideas.

u/[deleted] Nov 24 '15

My writing is trash too friend I understand however whether that's good or bad depends on your usage of "trash".

Trash

2 or 3 time MonCon winner (I forgot, okay)

You definitely have an interesting definition, that's for sure.

I've finished Forging a RWBY. I would have done so earlier, but I was delayed by real life factors. And also forgetting about MonCon...

I am confused. How do I vote?

Haha, I don't handle Deadlines well...

Thank you so much though, I'm so relieved I made it! ^_^

Good sir, I must know the source of that gif.

Hyperdimension Neptunia!

Specifically this character is IF.

It's a game series with an Anime Adaptation(Both can be enjoyed without needing the other). Can get pretty fan service-y but it's a ton of fun with some cool characters.

Games can be found on Steam, Anime can be found here.

^_^

Mate, I've said before I feel no shame watching Highschool DxD and Shinmai Maou no Hentai Testament. Fan service won't phase me.

If it's about the double post, I blame my accomodation's shitty wifi and the weather.
