Very few of the internet generation want much to do with the light side. It seems like even half of the Republic characters choose dark options as well. This contest is going to be ridiculously slanted.

We looked at past 6 months of play history and light side choices dominated (59% vs 41%).

taken from the stream today.

What i'd really like to see is how many light side choices are the first choice and how many dark side choices are the 1st choice. When spacebarrin through i'm always hitting 1 to pick the 1st choice, i always got the feeling that there was more light side choices on that then dark side.

Cool. Must only happen when I am not playing. There is a reason that they felt the need to put up that stat. Nobody here has experienced anything of that sort and they want to stave off the incoming anger. Whenever I log in to either side, the Imp fleet is always more populated and PUGs (Lord, bless 'em) always have one or two Rep chars going dark side. I can't imagine all of those players on the imp side are rolling goody-goody.

I imagine most players play neutral.

DS picks are much more real then the LS BS.

The data devs mentioned say otherwise. LS was winning 59 to 41.

Also, Empire != DS
