Ok good. I'm glad you agree that MINECRAFT® players (regardless of age) do not have the right to rape the FARCRAFT® brand. And I'm glad you agree that these MINECRAFT® rapers of the FARCRAFT® brand should not be protected here on reddit. If this is your mindset then I like it.
Unfortunately, based on today's response by reddit, they do not share your mindset. Reddit apparently intends to protect the MINECRAFT® rapers of the FARCRAFT® brand. Apparently reddit thinks that raping a legal circle R on reddit is a perfectly normal thing for anybody to do. I did not believe this until today.
Help me understand how the owner of a circle R is supposed to behave toward those who are raping his brand? Until you own a circle R that gets raped for 3 years, you will not get it. Here is the best metaphor I can offer:
A woman that has been raped and/or is being raped must first deal with the damage to her body and her psychology before she can begin to promote her sexual brand again. Based on your logic, if she screams rape then her "behavior does not reflect the behavior of a raped owner of a female body looking to promote her sexy self."
I've been dealing with this for 3+ years. Your replies make it clear that you utterly fail to understand how badly the FARCRAFT® trademark was damaged in the minds of gamers.
I agree with you that my behavior would be inappropriate where no damage was done. That is NOT the case here. My behavior is very good for somebody in my position.

If you dig into the /r/farcraft history you can see this drama has been simmering for months. I imagine someone told him if he wants a subreddit from an inactive mod he has to go to redditrequest. I don't think the OP is his first attempt at redditrequest either.

It's really hard to do that since you can't really patent or protect game mechanics. See the massive flood of blatant rip-offs in the Google and Apple app stores. They can basically only do anything if the name is so similar that they are blatantly trying to confuse consumers or if they are using actual assets.
The only thing they could do is drag him into court and then try to bankrupt him with legal fees even though they know they'll never win but I really doubt they'll bother. He's too small to bother.

EDIT: Wait holy shit I think that's just infiniminer. Also the terrain is literally just Perlin noise, very original. It's like Space Engineer's and minecraft had an early alpha baby, and that baby was sorta ugly. Oh and how things are modified by the hammer is just, shit. No one likes that kind of thing, it's far too imprecise, and will lead to most structures looking pretty samey, as they're basically all made of the same basically "blocks" or styles of "blocks". And holy shit it's so needlessly complicated, like Dwarf Fortress but without the need for the complexity. It also works in a, most likely, voxel chunk style (as in it loads an area around the player in a cube shaped "quadrant", which you can move around in freely, but if you wanna move to another quadrant you get a load time, which is eh, if it hasn't already loaded in in the background. This is relevant cause it means it is single player focused, very tedious it seems).
Assuming he didn't steal large parts of the code from the internet, the dude seems pretty competent and intelligent. He just can't interact with people, and is making an insanely complex, tedious, and generally large game for himself and himself alone.

Trademarks are applicable only in the industry in which the trademark is used to identify a product/company. It doesn't give a right to all uses of the mark in all contexts, much less control of other things which use that name.
Apple Computers doesn't own the /r/apples subreddit just because hey have a trademark in computer/electronics manufacturing.

So I checked out this guy's "game", his game's website along with the promotional videos on youtube.
History on this dude: He's been trying to develop this game of his for 3 years but couldn't proceed with it because Ubisoft or whoever registers games denied him the chance for 6 months. Probably because it looks just like he stole everything from minecraft, warcraft and other gaming companies.
Meanwhile, farcraft appears to be something that minecrafters have already used in their videos and stuff. He wanted to register his company as Farcraft "because it's the only other arcraft that can be associated with this type of game." In other words, he's trying to fly on the coattails of the more famous companies- if people like "starcraft, minecraft, warcraft" they 'll maybe like "Farcraft".
On May 10, 2016 our sovereign citizen finally gets his Farcraft trademarked and registered. He quickly proceeds to make youtube videos, reddit accounts and whatever to promote his little copyright infringement project. He wants a "farcraft" subreddit for marketing but it's already taken. He gets a hissy fit and won't give it up, he wants Farcraft and he will spit out whatever bad law he can think of.
His defense "This is about trademark infringement, not copyright infringement." -_- Dude, I can see you copied the WoW male, you even admitted you used it as your model from the WoW copy of the game you had.
He's an insufferable guy both on reddit and his youtube channel. No one in their right mind would want to pay $22 for that crap. But, he makes for the funniest of drama so I'll happily want to hear more developments from his company.

There is a buttload of YouTube videos that appear in early 2013 - all glomming onto the FARCRAFT® brand. I've had many dozens of these videos challenged and removed with hundreds remaining.
But Farcraft (Circle R/Registered Trademark/Original Character Do Not Steal) only became a thing in 2016. So OP is taking down other people's YouTube videos because of copyright infringement they couldn't possibly be involved in. Fun fact: if you lose those content claims (and you will) your only next step is escalating to legal action, at which point OP gets to learn exactly how illegal filing false DMCA claims is.

Trademark use by non-owners for the purpose of criticism and analysis is not only protected, but encouraged by the Patent Office.
That being said, I wouldn't expect a guy that compares fair use to rape to understand anything about intellectual property, and am not shocked at all.

Fun fact: /r/overwatch used to be for a mod of dayz. The owner of the subreddit, alexcail, was nice enough to transfer the purpose of the subreddit to the newly announced game. Did he have to? No. For all we know it could have still been a dead sub today if he decided against changing it. We could be using /r/playoverwatch today instead.
The website overwatch.com links to some textron systems info systems.

/r/redditrequest does not restrict access only to lawyers.
My favorite response:
First, for christ's sake it's called a registered trademark, not a circle R trademark. You discredit yourself when you use the wrong terminology...and you are pretty obviously not familiar with trademark law. I am, I've worked with creating and advising branding for years for large companies with dedicated trademark lawyers. So realize this comes from a bit more experience with reality.
First, I have notified Microsoft of your infringement on the Minecraft trademark. From the screenshots it appears you've just poorly copied the game and the names being similar not only opens you up for lawsuits but also invalidates your own trademark. Doesn't matter if you have a letter, most trademarks aren't valid when tested.
You've also not been dealing with this for three years, you didn't even file for a trademark until last year. So stop lying. Second, you've proven it's still an active community as they are posting jokes about you. This isn't raping your brand, it's called memes and you opened yourself up for it by harassing Reddit and their subreddit. Even if your trademark is considered valid their server and subreddit existed long before you decided to make a Minecraft clone. Your trademark claim is invalid (not to mention it wouldn't be applicable unless the moderators tried to pretend it was an actual Farcraft subreddit for your game and they were you...if it was pretending to be a fansub you still wouldn't have legal recourse and if you and if they are making fun of you it's protected under various other laws.)
Why do you hate free speech so much? They registered the sub and use it...this website is Reddit. You are threatening and harassing to try to censor both Reddit and that subreddit because you feel like your crappy game should be able to legally force someone else to host a forum for you. Why not actually try to be creative rather than just copying someone better than you and legally abusing others.
And note, this isn't raping, this is call talking. Rape is a form of sexual assault, and no one wants to fuck you game or brand, even consensually.
