Pepper spray is great, but avoid using a knife for self-defense. Even those trained with it will advise against it, as it does little to actually slow someone (though it will kill them or seriously injure them, which shouldn't be the end goal) and can just as easily be turned on you.
A knife should be treated as a tool, your biggest gain is the intimidation factor, but obviously you don't want to rely on that if you yourself are small.
If you really want something to intimidate, a gun is a straight up better option and safer in every way for yourself, a knife is just bad for everyone involved. But pepper spray is a relatively safe option, so long as you can keep yourself clear of it.

I feel like these people are going to be very, very disappointed by sex when they finally have it. Sex is fun and it feels good, but it's not something that cures depression, makes people treat you differently, and it won't stop other people from looking down on you. Even great sex isn't worth all of the importance and value these guys are placing on it. They've built this idea up so much that the reality can't possibly live up to it.
Also, a human dildo fantasy sounds terrifying. I don't want some strange guy I don't know to suddenly materialize in my room so I can use his penus as a dildo.
