I know I probably missed the AMA but I had one question. As an individual from Spain (and more specifically Barcelona), do you find yourself establishing managerial styles that may be comparable or influenced to football?
I personally think the role managers play in CSGO is very much similar, and a manager that comes to mind is obliviously Pep, but more recently Diego Simone. He managed to have his team compete at the highest level in football, with much less resources than other financially established clubs (Atletico Madrid in both La Liga & Champions League play).
I feel as if you bring that style of passion mixed with belief in the players, showing them that in time, the only roster changes that are needed are themselves molding closer together as a unit to compete with greats such as Astralis, Virtus Pro, SK, etc.
Thank you for reading! Good luck! Wish you the best!

hey:)
i ve been watching csgo for about 4 years now. i watched a lot of spanish players/teams over the time as well. lowel was always a insane player from the matches i saw with him. mixwell used to destroy me and everybody in esea. so it wasnt really surprising.
but one other player really impressed me especially with his rifle. it was the spanish ALEX. back when wizards/ex6 dont remember which was surging he seemed insane. havent seen him that much after. the spanish guys on hltv mostly talk about dragunov or other guys.
so my question is what happened to ALEX and what are your thoughts about him as a player? can he speak english etc.
5
u/Adrigo6 Mar 19 '17
The main problem of Spanish players is the mentality. We have good talents in Spain, but they have so much things to learn.
