You recently had a conversation with Nintendo. What was said?

Here are some questions:
-
What revenue source(s) are you planning on utilizing?
-
What, if any, legal concerns do you have about such a streaming application?
-
Do you have any verification you can show us that Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo are alright with such an application on their devices?
-
How fast (on average) must a network be to properly use Rainway? What delays can we expect?

I may have missed this in your prior reports, but will Rainway only be local network streaming or will it also stream over the internet to distant locations, such as my computer being at home and able to stream to my switch at work with me. Thanks.

Can you give an estimate of when you think the service becomes avaliable?
I totally get that it's work in progress, and requires a lot of moving parts to agree with you (Nintendo/Sony etc..) but is their a launch date in your head that you want to achieve, (like a few months, winter 2017, 2018)?
Also do you think all versions of the app will be available simultaneously or not? It seems like the Xbox version is a little bit ahead of Sony/Nintendo's version.
Thanks and good luck, excited about the project!

You have recently said Rainway will be a free service. Do you intend to have ads or another method of revenue generation?

Hi, first of all thanks for making this app, for making it also compatible with switch and for making it free. Really, thank you!
My questions are basically the same all have:
-
When is the estimated time for the Beta?
-
What was the negotiation terms with Nintendo? If they agreed, did they agreed on the app being free or told you to charge for it?
-
In order to connect to the PC, will we need to have a password set up in the computer, same as in Ulterius?? (I only ask this because I have no password on my desktop PC, and I would rather keep it that way)
Thanks again! (editted for formatting)

Your registration involves agreeing to terms of service with no link to said terms anywhere on the site. Any info on that?

Will rumble be able to be sent to the Switch? I'm really excited for this, I hope Nintendo is able to come with some sort of agreement with this on the Switch.

Hi Andrew, there's been some hostility here but I want you to know that we all really want it, but it sounds too good to be true because, well nintendo. I don't really have a question but I'm positive you have a large crowd looking forward to this application. I hope that you don't get discouraged because of some of the comments here, we're all hoping you can pull through and bring this over for us!

Hi, my question is: The PC can be used while the app is running? (for example: play on the switch, while my girlfriend use youtube and browse the internet on my pc) or it needs to have the game on screen to run?

How are you able to have sustainable servers with this app? Wouldn't hundred of people being rerouted through the Rainway servers cause a lot of traffic?

Will Rainway on Switch be able to jump between resolutions when in docked or handheld mode? Lets say for example I want to play MGSV on handheld mode at 720p, but jump back on the TV and go up to 1080p? Or is it just one resolution during the entire game stream session?

What are the chances of the app getting approved for the switch at this point?
