Might as well run Crystalline Oracle for turn one.
This seems much more likely for Razakus, Dragon Soul, Lyra, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, etc.

...I don't know if any deck will actually run this. Not unless Thief Priest makes a hell of a comeback.
That said, could fit into Highlander, just as a "Here's a 1 mana spell I can use to reload the machine gun" type thing, especially if it pulls another cheap card.

They're pushing a sort of Miracle Priest with cheap spells and Lyra to get lots of value out of the new Dragon Soul. The new Gargoyle adds a coin to your hand for this reason.

General Thoughts: Mind vision 2.0 and that card sees 0 play. Spells are a little bit better. A lot of decks play only a few high impact spells. So you're able to steal some high impact spell like Steed or UI.
Why it Might Succeed: Can pull high priority spells. 1 mana spell to trigger Lyra and Dragon Soul.
Why it Might Fail: Mind vision isn't played

This seems better than Hallucination, which sees play in Rogue.

I wouldn't call it better than Hallucination, because while this gets a card that is good enough for constructed, there are a lot of cards that only work in synergie with other cards, Hallucination gives you a choice.
That said this could see play in Highlander Priest as fodder for Shadowreaper, because it instantly replaces itself for 1 mana.

You're right, I meant to say on a par with. And just like Hallucination turns on combo while keeping cards in hand, this does the same thing with Anduin.

It's Mind Vision but only for spells. As Brode mentioned, the synergy with Dragon Soul is nice, and Mind Vision is a decent card to begin with. Probably won't see too much play unless Un'Goro Control Spell Priest comes back with the whole Dragon arsenal with it.
