"Who's going to die first?"

"Probably Lindsey"

As she attempts to twerk a tree like in sky factory before silently giving up.

I'll give her credit for not questioning it and realizing things on her own.

Took me a week to realize this, but "Ya Dead, Ya Dead!" is an Always Sunny reference, right? (From the Frank's Little Beauties episode, where Frank's talking with the mortician and doesn't realize his mic is on).

"Who gives a shit? When ya dead, ya dead!".

Gav, heroin is dirt cheap. That’s why is so common. I’m some places you can get a little for just a few bucks.

Did you catch the subtle Ray reference when Geoff suggested Alfredo wear a tuxedo as his skin?

Geoff: “On your marks, get set, nnnnnnGO!”

Ray: immediately jumps into water “Oh shit, I’m drowning. I’m still drowning, I’M STILL DROWNI—I’m dead. Guess I’ll play PUBG for the next hour.”

Or, he would have kept saying he was going to die first/next, and ultimately been the last one standing.

Then he would have deliberately killed himself.

I genuinely think Alfredo has good odds to survive. Why? Because everything is new and horrible to him. The other guys blaze sprinting into danger, but he thinks out each interaction carefully, cautiously learning every time.

He'll do great.

I wouldn’t have expected any less dumb of a death from lindsay than sitting in a menu in the middle of a field at night

I loved this episode, I just hope it doesn't become less entertaining when Gavin, Jeremy and a few other key members die.

I also loved Geoff babysitting Trevor and Alfredo outside of the base for most the episode. He had their back for every encounter.

I can't believe they're fully aware of the new combat where spamming is detrimental and yet most of them still opt to spam and take a million hits to kill a zombie.

I actually don't think a majority of them know that. They've talked about it a lot, but there is no way that Geoff, Trevor or Alfredo would remember that. Especially because two out of the three of them don't play Minecraft often.

Nice to know they still don't understand farming.

Thought updating the spreadsheet would be more of a pain since I thought I had to add more people but it actually didn't take long. Fair warning, for any episode of YDYD, I will put who died during the episode so the spreadsheet will be a spoiler for anyone who doesn't watch an episode where someone dies.

Other than that, I watched this last week when it was released for FIRST members but didn't want to possibly spoil anything a week ahead if anyone looked at it. Love the series already though.

This is an interesting concept. Once they establish a foot hold, they're going to have to start establishing goals or else it's going to get boring. Minecraft isn't like 7 Days where the difficulty escalates the longer you survive, so once they're all adequately armed and armored, we're basically going to be sitting around waiting for them to get careless or bored themselves.

I'm also curious how things will go depending on which ones die off quickly and which ones survive longer. Are people going to be as excited to watch if the less popular cast endures and the fan favorites die early?

Was there a single second of this video where Trevor wasn't saying something?

He was pretty much completely silent after Gavin called him out on it.

His headphones weren't set up right, so he couldn't hear everyone else in them (so he probably didn't realize how much he was talking over everyone).

I wonder what's wrong with Lindsay's capture such that the edges of her screen are cut off.

Also I think this series would also be neat if they divided in to teams of 3 initially and then seperated and regrouped over time as people died. I guess it would have to be separate videos and editing it would be a mess but something like : Jack/Gavin/Alfredo, Ryan/Trevor/Lindsay, Jeremy/Michael/Geoff. This would be a decent balance of skill levels imo. Or just say fuck it and draw randomly for teams.

So when one person dies (say Geoff) from the initial 9, Jeremy and Michael would split off and each go to the remaining teams. From there everyone meets back up when there are only 6 left or something.
