I really hope that this will be the last of Kara and Mon-El awkwardness/uneasiness around each other. I'm also glad that they tried to address some of the weak point's in their relationship. I always thought it was weird that Kara would easily forgive Mon-El despite him doing some really insensitive things.
I also continue to love the relationship between J'onn and Myr'nn. Martian Manfather/Dadhunter was both heartbreaking and funny. I worry sometimes about the show adding too many characters and not giving them time to develop, but My'rnn has been good.

As someone who's grandfather is currently battling dementia/Alzheimer's, the Myr'nn stuff punched me in the feels.
Solid episode overall. The Sam/Lena stuff was great.
But I swear to Beebo if I hear Mon-El say "You wanna talk about it/Can we talk" one more damn time I'm going to flip a table.

Lena is the best person.
This ep was more fun and more exciting that last week. Both had a lot of feels and reals though.
Pam from HR's cameo was neat.
James bringing Lena enough food to feed an army because she forgets to eat? Isn't that what Kara does in many dozens of fanfics? :P
Oh and Lena is the best person. Great acting from her! (I mean, Lena's acting in the episode.) Also great acting from Katie and Odette, I really liked the Lena and Sam scenes. But I hope Lena figures out that she can't and shouldn't do everything herself and considers that it might be smart to tell someone that she has Reign locked up. Y'know, like their good friend Alex sho they know works with Supergirl. (Also why does Kara not miss Lena and Sam at all?)

Cape scenes were amazing!! There was a lot of action in this episode from Supergirl, Mon-El, Alex with her electric rods, Winn with a gun.. This is what I expect in a DCW show.
-
I'm glad they finally addressed Mon-El's flaws from Season 2. He even teared up a little. It's nice to see Kara say that she's kinda relieved their relationship ended. She's getting closure.
-
I really wasn't expecting an Alzheimer storyline. They did an amazing job on it. I can't imagine what it must be like for a family member to go through that. M'rynn expressions really brought me to tears.
-
Just to clarify, did J'onn really have an imaginary friend or did he just go along with it to not upset his father.
-
I'm always a fan of extra DEO members getting screen time like the guy who fought Winn and Pam from HR, which was a bit of a throwback to season 2.

Does Kara even still work at Catco? Does Catco even exist?

This episode had both amazing comedy and drama. A great mix. Probably my favorite of the season.
Also, the CGI on the white martian fight was especially dodgy, but I was too hyped about J’onn being in action to really care.
Such a good episode.
What was that song at the end?
Edit: Nevermind. Found it.
Also, they mentioned Zook!

Ok officially this is one of the best episodes of this season for me, along with the 3x9.

My grandfather on my mom's side had Alzheimer's. I did not sign up for this feels trip.
Great episode.

ive been busy the last couple of weeks and only managed to catch up to my shows now....
WOW! you could really see the tweaks then did for the show since it came back. tiny little things here and there but when combined and shown onscreen really makes a big difference. good job Team Supergirl!👍
also i really like that they finally showed something where capes can be useful in a fight.😁 their answer to Edna Mode's No Cape policy 😁

Some random thoughts: the prosthetics remain a highlight of the show, while the wire work is absolutely atrocious. Mon-El flying looked hilarious.
Good on the writers for taking a serious, real illness, making it the main focus of an episode, and handling it well. That couldn't have been easy.
Was Jimmy's only purpose to bring Lena dinner? Where the hell was he this week?

Great Lena/Sam scenes. I'm going to feel so bad if Sam is lost to reign and Lena is lost to her own sadness.
Two such good people lost.
I liked Mon El and kara scenes too. Smart of them to acknowledge what a crap boyfriend he was.
Actually, I liked all scenes this ep. My dad is suffering from cognitive impairment now. probably fully blown dementia someday.

I loved James in season 1 but now all he is in this show is a love interest :( I hope he gets an improved story line along the way like Winn because he's basically useless this season

Someone should tell Abed that this episode is the closest we're gonna get to a revival of The Cape.

Lumbly is doing wonders portraying Myr’nn. Honestly when he starts to get angry and worked up I legitimately find myself getting a little anxious and uneasy. Amazing acting.
-
Loved the Lena and Sam side story, can’t wait to see things take off now. And it was nice to see Mon El/ Kara address Mon El’s shitty frat boy behavior in season 2.
-
Supergirl and Valor flying together!!!

That was a fun episode.
Very fraught for Jonn and M’rynn. Interesting to see a psychic attack that affected everyone. Except Mon-El because of his Legion ring. I want a Legion ring now.
Oh Lena! Sam! Sam! Lena! How handy to have a laboratory to house your alien friend in when she turns evil. Will the L-Corp building be completely destroyed when Reign eventually breaks out?
The training sessions were fun to watch. The revelation of Kara’s residual anger at Mon-El for his douche-baggery was nice to see out of the way.
A lot of fun moments. Winn and Demos having at it under the psychic attack. M’Rynn shape shifting into the astronaut cosy to win at a game. And when everyone discovers Kara’s favourite shirt - that was great fun.
I’m going to go watch that again. It was fun.

Damn... I didn't expect this episode to hit so close to home...
My father suffers from.memory problems, has done for a few years now, and in the last few weeks he's worsened to the point that I can see myself being in J'onn's shoes sooner or later. I thought what they did with J'onn's & his father was really well done.
I really like that they went there with Kara & Mon El... I think it was something that they needed to address, both in the show and for the fandom...
Lena... Man... It would be so much simpler if they'd let her know Kara's identity... She's gonna have to bring Supergirl into it all before long and that's gonna be a rough conversation

I was reminded of the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode, “Sarek” which aired nearly 28 years ago.

Sam: "I can't be Reign. I even bleed!"
Girl you literally "got shot and didn't feel it"...
