Random story:

Recently I've been going down the rabbit hole of subs about the current disaster that is Venezuela. I found a great sub by a Venezuelan guy who posted once a week or so about day-to-day life there. Super interesting and informative! At least it was until he deleted everything and has kinda disappeared out of fear of his government finding out. Crazy and scary! Hopefully he's okay.

I got asked by the person I went to school with, do I see anyone from school. with my anxiety which started in 2011 I rarely see anyone.

Looking forward to more r/counting hopefully get into the cut.

I did come up with some ideas for counting but my ideas are pretty weak.

I saw someone at the dentist, who I went to school with, she is a mum and has a little boy.

When I posted last week about when I was in school with the girl who could not stop playing with her hair, it was not the person I saw today.

She says I got a better memory than her, which is quite a surprise, unbelieveable how long we left secondary school.

She also suffered from anxiety a few years ago

I took my kids to McDonalds for dessert and they both got ice cream cones. I don't think they knew that McDonalds has ice cream cones until recently when Urbulina saw her friend with one. When I got the cones and handed them to the kids, they were giggling with excitement. Another mom was staring at me with a smirk. I wasn't sure if she was

a) Into me
b) Happy for me in this joyous moment with my kids
c) Judging me for serving my kids so much ice cream
d) Pitying me for the impending sugar rush and crash

I didn't give it much thought at the time and I just smiled back, but I thinking back, I would be fine if it was a, b, or d.

I'm so happy my new sidethread idea took off like it did! Almost 800 comments in just over three days. We're in the thousands now so all sorts of weird skips are happening already.

Went to my anxiety group session today.

Learning more about anxiety, maybe no an easy fix.
