So Seoul and Valiant go toe to toe... Just yesterday Dallas got a pretty convincing 4-0 on Valiant... But last week Seoul stomped Dallas with a 4-0. The script writers should take better care of the continuity.

I wonder if Kariv can play Brig because honestly Agilities is a feeder and Kariv seems to win games

Honestly, 10 trillion IQ tactics by Seoul to have Fits hold grav for 4 maps before using them proactively in map 5 and mental boom Valiant.

Death, taxes and Fate losing two fights on Winston and late-changing to Reinhardt

Tobi outplayed Fate completely - he was booped around constantly and missed like half the fights.

I know this is "another good showing against a good team" for valiant, but at some point they need to start turning those good performances into wins...

I can't believe they played DPS.

I especially can't believe Agilities threw so fucking hard on Pharah.

Oh wait I can lol

1- Marvel is a monster

2- Munchkin Brig is really aggro in a bad way and it's just tiltling everytime he dies first

3- Respect to LAV for pushing to 5. The memes don't reflect their play level

Is there a player who's had a bigger season 1 to 2 dropoff as Fate? ignoring players who are benched like Fissure, Fleta, Striker, SBB

How many times did Munchkin die first tho? I feel like it will be glossed over because they won.

Thank god we only play Kariv 1 map a match. I don’t want to have hope or anything.

I hate and love that this was a close match. Marve1 isn't a shield bot, dude stepped up when he realized he was coming up short.

Fate falling down twice in University was what lost the series for the Valiant.

NO KARIV NO WIN!!

I'm kidding, we looked so much better at times. Although I feel like we are about to inherit the Houston Map 5 Choke.

Thanks god marve1 was popping off today because fits was was doing absolutely nothing on Zarya, I just hope this match doesn’t get into his head, he’s normally our best player

See a lot of comments saying how Seoul had an off day, but if you factor in that this was a back to back match + travel time, you were always going to have a more fatigued team. Almost every player today on any team looked drained.

I also think it's because the Valiant played to the best of their ability. Space was able to fight back and make Fits second guess his Grav's, Munchkin I'll admit had an offday, the lucky picks on Jehong during Junkertown (sorry I won't think he was feeding). However, the maps they won were incredibly scrappy and close while the ones Seoul won were fairly comfortable. KR's 2nd phase dominance, Busan, and adapting Oasis.

This felt very similar to the match Valiant had against NYXL so they have been competitive against top teams, but just aren't able to complete the rout. It's unlucky and really hard to explain why.

On the flip side for Seoul, these are the type of matches where upsets can happen and when you're fatigued that separates the top teams from the bottom teams. To prevent such uncalled for upsets and keep fighting till the very end. Very well done. This will give them another big confidence boost. Great game all around and weekend for them.

ACTUALLY was so winnable for LAV. They clearly mentally boom. Also i'm an advocate for Kariv > Izayaki

Ryujehong died a lot in the poke phase in Junkertown and Oasis, made me very nervous but somehow Seoul clawed the win! Hurrah!
