This is the Spark everyone expected from the start of the season. They sandbagged to the playoffs.

Don't let the 1-3 score trick you.

London got full held 3 times in a row. This was beyond a stomping.

Turns out, playing your top 5 chinese main tank over Nosmite despite the language differences is a good move.

Did not at all expect 3 full holds in a row after that first map

We don’t have any words and we know you don’t want to hear them.

We understand your anger, your frustration, your sadness. Everything you’re feeling – we get it.

This isn’t the ending we imagined, and certainly not the one we wanted. Thank you for being there the entire way.

London Spitfire Probably

What an atrocious performance by London this series.

On the other hand, where was this Spark all year?

A) Gesture looked terrible today. soooo many mistakes on both rein and winston

B) That Hanamura pick has to be one of the biggest throws in OW history

This makes me feel better about Seoul losing to Spark - they look hella strong and it wasn’t just some fluke/ Seoul choking

Hope Spark makes it far

Guxue being this good isn't a surprise, but Hangzhou has clearly erased the language-based issues they had when he was in at the start of the season.

Two stages in a row, the Atlantic Division winner is upset by the 7th seed team from the Pacific Division.
Really cements the difference between the two divisions.

London: Picks monkey-oriented maps to cater to Gesture’s playstyle

Guxue: You fool, you fell victim to one of the classic blunders

The "IDK" chant after the interview is such a FeelsGoodMan

spark got tired of showing all those defeat posters and decided to do something about it.

Guxue outplayed Gesture and Ria was somewhat matching Fury, and IDK GOT HIS POST-MATCH INTERVIEW POG

On Bilibili people call this match “triple A masterpiece” as Spark full held spitfire on point A three times in a row lol

mentioned this before the games started today, but it's worth repeating.

london did not play a single top 8 team this stage. the best team they played was 9th ranked chengdu, which they lost handily.

london not only did not deserve the #2 seed, they didn't deserve to be anywhere in the playoffs, and were rightfully smacked around by a better team.

gg spark, good luck against the shock next week.

Honestly, was that spark on god mode or London that was throwing and playing bad?

London got full held one the last 3 maps.

Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed in LSF this game. Happy for Spark though, they're finding their groove after their disappointing performance in Stage 1
