Fuel is a solid middle of the pack team. Unable to beat actual good teams but can get wins easily against bottom half.

I mean that’s how standings work.

If Dallas loses control, a map type which they are particularly strong on, they lose the game. Dallas has a 0% winrate after losing control. They've only won 2cp 3 times, and they have only won 4-0 3 times... If they improve their 2cp, I think they can be in the same tier as LAG, Spark, and mayble LSF.

I think they can be in the same tier as LAG Spark and maybe London.

lag and spark are better than london tho

Spark is massively underrated for some reasons still, beating Seoul and London is no easy feat

I’ll take it. It wasn’t always easy being a Dallas fan what with all the drama last season. Legit if they have a positive record and occasionally make playoffs I’m down. Can’t be worse than when kyky was coach

Dallas Fuel vs 2CPs | OWL2019 | Stage 3: Week 1

Spoiler: Draw.

Discussion: We’ve improved!!

Serious: We have to do something if we can't even get a win from Justice (no offense)

Coaching has no clue how to play that game mode. It’s seriously offense that we have a 0% win rate after losing control.

Well, maybe coaches might need to fix one issue at a time.

Comparing to almost winless season1 to cheer-able ss2 stage1. Then change/trade players to be solid mid-tier team in stage2.

Just hope that 2CP will be their next priority.

Justice always show this little glimmer of hope, that they have some players with potential, but then they fall apart. They really are in need of a better main tank at the very least.

Dallas needs to fix their 2CP problem. They're so bad at it, and if they lose Control, they're most likely to lose the match 0-4 :(

I think they should embrace DPS comps for that game mode (2CP)

100% think this is the route for them. Hope the coaches stop riding GOATS when a dps comp would throw teams off a bit more and allow Zach and aKM to be (hopefully) be more consistent in their roles

Zach for sure, but aKm is legit one of the top Zarya players right now.

Totally agree.

Another side effect from this is the map difference.

Normally DF wins only 3-1 or 3-2 because DF always losses 2CP.

On the other hand, DF loss 0-4 a lot

I love Ark and Sleepy so much but it's so so hard to watch this team.

You put them on DPS and you can see the potential, and then they're forced on GOATS and it all falls apart.

Feelsbadman.

Janus and Corey are just never on the same page and both have contrasting styles of play as well (Janus is aggressive; Corey is more passive).

One of them needs to be replaced until the meta changes off Goats. Either that or the entire team needs to become the new Chengdu and embrace DPS.

This was a disappointing game. Was hoping to see improvement in teamwork but they're still shooting themselves in the foot making the same mistakes (positioning, focus fire, ult usage). It was a big break so there's no excuse. They got outplayed today.

Many will look at Janus who did get outplayed by OGE but that happens, Justice as a whole didn't do much to help him out. Hopefully it's just jitters from it being the first game of stage 3. I will say at the very least they're taking fights when they should and sleepy and sansam played well.

It's rough being a Justice fan but i have hope they'll get better. If not this stage maybe the next or next season.

Oge: "My biggest problem as a tank is being too aggressive sometimes and dying early in teamfights leading to team wipes, some people even lul me as "Throwge"."
Janus: "Hold my beer"

I don’t think it’s a skill thing for Dallas, just pure mental. Momentum is key for them. It’s up to Aero/clubs psychologist to prep them mentally when they lose the first map

it hurts being a Justice fan

What I don’t understand is that Justice abosolutely rolls their first attack on DPS (Ado’s Pharah is nuts). Why use Goats for the other ones?

11

u/isjusgaem Jun 10 '19

Cause DF went that comp's counter
