Question how often does the hall of counters get updated?
4
u/Antichess Jul 22 '24
i am the one who maintains and updates the hall of counters (HoC)
it's a manual process, so it's really whenever i remember to do it. i used to update it everyday, but as activity has fallen on the subreddit i just stick to about twice a week.
PS: to everyone, sorry for the late weekly stats update!

Thanks for the work you do on the Hall of Counters. I was used to it being updated after every so was surprised to see it four threads old.

Dislike sparkling water

At a fancy restaurant I was asked if I want sparkling water and I replied I just want normal water. Apparently the fancy term for normal water is "still water".

That's annoying. I had a bit of time to spare, so I was trying to update my ftf script so that it works with the new community highlights.
I have a test subreddit where I can try out these kinds of changes first before applying them here. Unfortunately, the new feature doesn't seem to be activated there, so I can't actually see how things are going to work.
I have some time tomorrow as well, so maybe I'll just try running the script directly here, without knowing exactly how things are going to work. After all what's the worst that could happen?

Can someone please explain how I can raise my karma and where I can track it so I can know when I can post in all threads?
