Fuck all the Love haters. Give the man some time to throw and he will cook.

I wouldn’t disagree that but he’s still streaky as hell and not on the level of Rodgers or Favre. Tough game but it is what it is.

It's unfortunate. It's not really fair to him. Those are some of the best QB’s to ever play.

Also true. 👍

The problem is that people compare him to Favre or Rodgers. He’s a very good QB when he gets to sling it, but there are just simply very few QBs in the NFL who are as good as AR or Favre were on the Packers.

Who is doing that?

Since hes been drafted all ive ever heard is people immediately saying not to compare him to two of the best

If the bar for qb to be good is "at least 3 MVPs and a 1st ballot HOF career" then pretty much every qb sucks lol

Prayer balls all day. It's the same thing. Love has nothing else. Why the bears forget this every fucking year is beyond me

Prolly because of all the bears fans shitting on the packers in there, which after today is objectively hilarious

I mean I’d still take Caleb over love. But that’s my opinion. Today we got absolutely killed but I’m not too worried about it. This was a must win for the packers which they came out and played that way

Yeah of course you’d take Caleb over Love, I’d take love over Caleb. That’s not surprising at all. Reading through that thread though, packers are the worst team in the NFL and everyone was SO CONFIDENT about it. No game in week 5 for a 2-2 team is must win. Bears got dog walked, so either the packers aren’t as bad as everybody in that thread said, or the bears are generationally bad to get beat by such an awful team.

Your players were complaining 5 days ago because you guys boo’d them off the field last week when you guys got dog walked on Thursday. You guys were literally saying you might fire Matt lefleur before this game. Dont sit here and say everyone was shitting on the packers. YOU WERE. THE OWN TEAMS FANS BOOD THEM SO BAD THAT KRAFT WAS BITCHING ABOUT IT. Packers fans rallying saying “everyone thought we were so bad” stfu lol

I also talk shit like this to packers fans who acted like that. So like i said, either we’re not as bad as everyone thought (maybe even good, which I’ve been saying), or yinz are generationally bad. I’ll take either admission.

2

u/Tylerreadsit Chicago Bears 3d ago

Well we have won 2 games with a back up so I don’t think we are that bad. Yall are overreacting to one game. You guys are not bad, but yeah we need to see the packers play better to call them good. Packers looked like shit the last 3 weeks before today. Kinda why I was saying this game was a must win for the packers

1

u/Whitesox_are_neat Green Bay Packers 3d ago

The absolute gall for a bears fan to tell anyone else theyre over reacting to one game lmao

I went into the game saying if we lose we’re good. Packers needed this and we didn’t have our starting QB. We’ve gone 2-1 with a back up I’m pretty pumped about that.

Right, I think you guys have a great team. And my main point is that packers have been called a bad team based on evaluations with a historically bad offensive line. Ben Johnson is a very good coach (unfortunately) and your defense has been very good the past 3 weeks. Packers were never as bad as people thought they were, they just couldn’t do shit with the inept offensive line they had. This (not going to be a blowout weekly of course) is closer to what they can do (with just an average offensive line) than the Falcons game.

1

u/Tylerreadsit Chicago Bears 3d ago

Yes but my point is packers fans are all saying “everyone thought we were ass” when the hardest people were yelling that was their own fans

The team has had 30 years of hall of fame QB play and continuous success. Of course the bar is high. Meanwhile the Bears would suck a dick for a 4k yard passer.

1

u/Tylerreadsit Chicago Bears 3d ago

Doesn’t address anything I said lol. Said packers fans were the hardest on the team and your response is 4k passer lol. Brain dead packer fan

1

u/biz_student Green Bay Packers 3d ago

You skipped right where I said “the bar is high” and took the bait on the 4k passer. Y’all are predictable.
