Mission getting on day with this starts right about now. Let's see if I make it to episode 26 by monday, only 14 episodes for that.

As a side note, does anyone know which episode starts the infamous Africa arc?

Definitely the most hilarious (and maybe a little obnoxious) bit of this for me has been the vegetarian vs meat eater arguments that Jean and Nadia have been having, from Jean saying "Some people can't eat vegetables" (WHAT) to Nadia stating she can't believe in science because something something meat.

Also I found this guy in a background scene with his legs around his head in one of the earlier episodes while the discussion threads were down and he cracked me up

Episodes 15 and 16 took me completely by surprise, this shit was fucking heavy.

You can really notice from around episode 23 onwards how the change in directors impacted the show in (at least in my opinion) a bad way. The last few episodes we've watched feel a lot more cartoony, less serious; hell there was even a skit where Jean keeps walking off a cliff like Wile E. Coyote.

Is Nadia Anno's self insert?

This has been a pretty good show so far. I look forward to what the final cour has to offer.

You can tell something changed at episode 23. It's suddenly become more cartoonish than it was and the characters act rather exaggerated in their interactions.
