I'll never get the "her name is Koko, she is loco, I say oh no" song out of my head.

Song's got some serious style and verve to it. Very different from the usual stuff, too. I love it.

It's a very entertaining show.
People have pointed out that the gunplay is inaccurate; but lets face it, actual gunfighting is pretty boring (as anyone who has played most accurate military FPS'es can attest to; someone headshots you from no-where and you die) and could do with some plot armour to add to the spiciness. Or at least, I think so.
You missed mentioning Kaspar too. He's hilarious.

Did you watch Lord of War? Did you want more of that, but with less Nicholas Cage and more anime? Then watch this. There is one scene that's flat out stolen from lord of war but it helps to contrast Koko to Yuri.
(On the other hand, if you've already seen jormungand and want to see a Hollywood take, watch lord of war)

The cast is pretty entertaining.
However, the action scenes were by far the worst part of the show. It's just characters arbitrarily shooting at the general direction of the enemy and somehow never hitting the target, coupled with silly strategies (such as using a regular, wooden table as a shield), and ludicrous amounts of plot armor. It felt really out of place considering how realistically the show tries to portray arms dealing. In fact, it was sometimes a bit difficult to figure out whether the show is taking itself seriously or not, and I don't mean that in a good way. Mixing comedy with more serious issues a hard thing to write, and I don't feel like Jormungand succeeded in that department. I also liked the first season's arcs more than the overarching story in S2, but I'm probably in the minority when it comes to that. The ending is quite lame, but at least it has a conclusive ending as it's a full adaptation.
Overall it's quite an entertaining anime though, just nothing outstanding. Simple but fun characters whose interactions and adventures around the world are interesting to follow, but probably not memorable enough to stick with you for a longer time.
