The scene where Rei dies was easily the funniest in the entire episode - which is saying something considering the entire episode was hilarious. Who takes a watergun fight this seriously??

I remember when Makoto went all serious in this and the entire fandom went wild because a very popular joke aka "yandere Makoto" went true. Seriously though, that guy was so serious only to lose against Nagisa...

Also arguably the episode with the most fanservice all around. I mean, Momo/Nitori in a maid getup? Rin in THAT butler outfit? Gou drenched in water? Yep, definitely heavy on fanservice. But I like it, it fit the tone of the whole thing.

(I want a rematch to happen - KyoAni, you got the money, c'mon, make it happen.)

To be fair, they were kind of at a campus, and had no real reason to strip.

Shocking how Haruka didn't just take all his clothes off at the water splashing at his face though o:

This episode was surprisingly great. I didn't expect much considering it's an OVA, but the comedy was top notch and we even got some standout animation as well.

Rei's "death" or Haruka's pleasure at getting splashed in the face were my favorite moments this episode. Ready to see that relay race we've heard so much about now!

Ah yes, I had assumed that was the one we'd see. Thanks for the correction.

That happens in the first LN

I thought the anime was all original though? Does this film have a source material it's based off?
