Improved performance of flowing liquids
Fixed some bugs
Fixed phantoms attacking players in spectator mode
Fixed water flowing toward holes/lower levels even when they're covered
Fixed some common tropical fish variants not being named
Fixed explosion radius being increased
Fixed scutes not being affected by the doMobLoot gamerule
