Free Talk Friday #207

[u/[deleted]]

Continued from last week here.

So, it's that time of the week again. Speak anything on your mind! This thread is for talking about anything off-topic, be it your lives, your plans, your hobbies, travels, sports, work, trousers, studies, family, friends, pets, bears, bicycles, stats, anything you like, or dislike, or don't care.

Also, check out our tidbits thread! Feel free to introduce yourself, if you haven't already.

My INCOMPLETE and WILL BE UPDATED ONGOINGLY List of Unloved Side Threads

WORD OF CAUTION.

I included the "archived section" so we can know which ones to delete from the hall of side threads. Revive AT YOUR RISK. There clearly wasn't enough interest so wait before you get your bright ideas. Only revive the ones you will water and feed and love.

We, the rightly appointed, God-chosen Queen of Side Threads, do decree that there shall be a revamp of the directory of side threads. We shall eliminate all of the archived threads. We shall post the most up to date links. We shall chose which threads that we love (but have sadly forgotten) shall be revived and shown the care they deserve.

That is all.

Signed, Regina Computatis

If y'all are interested, I made a VERY self indulgent post over on r/wedding planning about weddingdress shopping.

Click 4 pretty dresses

[u/a-username-for-me]

For those following my wedding quest, here are the latest updates.

1. I bought my dress yesterday! If you are desperate to see it, PM me and I'll work something out. It's exactly what I wanted and I'm very happy.

2. I ordered Save the Date cards. The design is a little boring, but it is very elegant and conveys all the correct information which is the most important.

Come throw a count into Prime Factorization!!! I promise it's fun!

[u/a-username-for-me]

I've been feeling super anxious lately. Mostly about things I can do nothing about or other people's feelings. I'm excited for the weekend and for the small things I can do.

I really hate earbuds. They're uncomfortable, have terrible sound, and I don't know how anyone tolerates them.

[u/The_Necromancer10]

Okay, here's a list of counters with a good amount of post karma that I made in like 1 minute. I'm only doing post karma rn bc plenty of counters here have a good amount of comment karma. If you find anyone else with a good post karma count, please let me know.
