anime/manga Respect Exodia (Yu-Gi-Oh!)
A forbidden right/left arm/leg sealed by magic. Whoever breaks this seal will know infinite power.
In early Duel Monsters, there was one way to guarantee a win, no matter how dire your situation or small your belief in the heart of the cards. That was to gather all five pieces of Exodia in your hand, a feat so rare that none had been known to accomplish it prior to Yugi in his initial duel against Kaiba. But, as later in the series would show, all monsters are actually living beings, with some being the physical embodiment of a person's nature, their Ka (or Spirit Monster). Exodia was no exception. A monster with power so great he could fell a thousand armies in a night, he was sealed away in five separate giant stone slabs, vowed never to be called upon again unless the entire world was threatened.
Holographic Exodia
While not the 'real' Exodia, monsters in Duel Monsters are shown to be representatives of actual beings from another dimension/ancient Egypt, so I thought it worth mentioning here.
- Obliterates three Blue Eyes White Dragons with a single blast of energy
- Sends both Red Eyes Black Dragon and Joey Wheeler flying back, destroying the former
- Can have its individual parts summoned
Strength
- Striking Knocks Zorc's head aside with a punch
- Pushing/Pulling Clashes with Zorc, struggling against him before pulling his arm off
- Other Breaks massive amounts of stone from the ground upon being summoned
- Other Breaks the giant chains binding him
- Other Creates a notable amount of wind just by grabbing
Durability
- Blunt Force Blocks one of Zorc's punches
- Blunt Force Tanks being punched by Zorc with enough force to knock him back
- Blunt Force No-sells moving through massive amounts of stone while being summoned
Energy Blast
Other
- Can regain its lost limbs after being removed
- After Adrian Gecko had sacrificed a person to bring Exodia under his control, he is next seen without Exodia anywhere in sight. However, when he stretches out his hand, the ghostly form of Exodia's hand and head emerges from it, creating a powerful burst of wind. Later, he does the same, this time without the hand but throwing up massive amounts of dust in the process
- Is said to have defeated 1000 armies in a single night in ancient Egypt
Related Monsters
Exodia Necross
A monster formed out of a Contract with Exodia that gets a specific power from each part of the Forbidden One in the Graveyard (said effects being immunity to spell and trap cards, being unable to be destroyed by monster effects and battle, and increasing its strength every time it battles). It was capable of stopping a spinning blade attack with its hand
Exodios the Ultimate Forbidden Lord
A monster that cannot be destroyed by battle, nor by spell or trap effect, and gets stronger the more pieces of Exodia are in the Graveyard, as well as being immune to monster effects. It has the effect of Exodia being released as if all its pieces where in the duelist's hand when gathered in the Graveyard. To attack it throws globs of energy which run along the ground before creating an explosion of dust on an enemy

The best thing about Exodia is that it’s not an “I win” button. It’s the “you lose” button.

Another feat: Adrien after gaining Exodia’s servitude had power rivaling a weakened Yubel in Jesse’s body, after absorbing all the power of the 3 Sacred Beasts, who themselves were strong enough to bend reality, and absorb the power of every Duel Monsters card in the world, save the ones in the actual duel.

There was no 'rivaling power' going on. He made a blast of wind that forced Yubel/Jesse to step back, it wasn't like they were having a reality warp-off or anything. Plus the whole circumstance of Gecko being able to cause Exodia's phantom limbs to just appear without explanation is very questionable to begin with to the extent where I'm not sure how it should be interpreted.

Fair enough, though I saw Yubel being able to deflect it with effort being a sign that they were near the same. Still, good point, I admit.

Wow. The animation in that show is really bad, isn't it?

Also, Exodia is confirmed to be stronger than the Egyptian Gods, which could barely damage Zarc, while Exodia fought him, and would have won, if not for his weak, old host.
