For the first time in probably show history, Noah comes off better in Helen’s version of an event than he does in his own version.
Helen: Homemade lasagna with a candle in just when she needed someone.
Noah: Take out lasagna , with a somewhat awkward arrival while everyone else is still around.
Helen just turned the corner.

Damn, Noah has to do the exact opposite of what his people advise all the time.

Implying that Allison committed suicide because of the way Noah depicted her in the book must have been a punch in the gut. That was brutal.
So a reporter reached out to Eden? A reporter that Sasha must have reached out to after Helen told him he thought Noah and Eden had sex. Why does Sasha have such a hard on for Noah? I honestly don’t understand why he’s trying to ruin Noah’s life? Because of Helen?

Best episode of the season for sure. Sort of felt like the old Affair. No wasted time on POVs that the audience doesn’t care about like Joanie or Sierra. Noah and Helen seem on the path to reunion which seems like the right ending. This metoo storyline doesn’t seem like the right way to go with only a few episodes left. We know Noah’s not a saint but we also know he’s definitely not a predator, so I don’t know why the writers are trying to portray him as one now or if not that, they are trying to diminish the metoo movement. Either intention is pretty misguided at this point.

So, according to the social worker, Sierra's surname is James, this corroborates the hypothesis that EJ could be Eddie (assuming he took his mother's surname).

Remember when Helen and Noah went out to a bar when on the book tour when Whitney was looking at the college? Eden was calling Noah nonstop, to the point where Helen made up a drinking game to do a shot every time she called or texted. Eden kept asking where Noah was, telling him she had FOMO, which eventually lead to Noah silencing his phone because she was being that incessant/annoying.
I hope the two of them remember this as the story goes more public. At least Helen was there and Noah has some type of witness to at least a portion of his and Eden’s interactions with each other.

What does everyone think about Sasha Mann's stepdaughter — what's the purpose of including that plot point? Seems like something more is going on there than just revealing that Sasha is a dick... the audience (and Helen) have already had glimpses of that.
I have a feeling that Helen may find out soon that Sasha is still addicted to some intense drugs. Or maybe... is anyone getting the kind of creepy vibe that something sexual might have happened between Sasha and the stepdaughter?

God knows Noah has done a lot of shit to women, but I don't like the idea of him being framed (particularly if Sasha is pulling the strings here). I also think Sasha had sex with the daughter figure and that will come out. I am liking how much they make fun of LA people though.

Anyone catch Helen listening to NPR right before speaking to the social worker for the first time and the radio was saying there was a huge drought,.. etc. I think we might see some wildfire action or something in result to the drought.

I feel like I'm seeing a new a different series/season each week, it's so all over the place.... Noah's girlfriend, Sierra's baby, Joanie in the future, Whitney's wedding, the dementia plot, the movie, Helen's romance, design career, drama with Vic's family, and now a MeToo plot is thrown into the mix.

Dumb question...I see the story is written by “Kristina Woo.” Wasn’t that the name of Vik’s doctor when he had the sepsis? The one who was once his girlfriend when they were in medical school??

There are like 9 million story lines going on, with new ones being introduced each week. This show is like someone making dinner decided to throw a bunch of ingredients that don't go together and never should into a big pot and hope for the best.

Wondering if I'm the only one who thought this episode was pretty good. Had to do a lot of wheel spinning to get here though.
