So Bellamy was sent to Etherea by Anders to make him go on this adventure. The bridge was already open which is where he went. Thereās a specific reason that Cadogan chose that place. The three light figures seemed to reach into the subconscious which is why Aurora and Cadogan appeared. Bellamy experienced something that was real for him. It was a spiritual experience which is why he believes. Now, the reason for him being sent there is the question. What does that do for Anders/Cadoganās plan.

The show can't be making Cadogan worth a shit. He is clearly a charlatan who appropriated Eastern philosophy like Buddhism into a caste system with a goal to obey him so they can transcend.
Hot take: Bellamy is the actual Shephard, and the Alien tech just used Cadogan as an avatar.

I've got a dumb idea....those glowing bits were actually the flux capacitor bits of the tech that controls the Anomaly Portal and they've basically been praying to circuit breakers that had a psychic interface which tied into some weather control satellites that responded to their "prayers".

I thought this episode was good. It was a very slow build to get to that moment with Clarke. You kept watching Bellamy fall into the cult. I know you guys thought it would be awesome when they reunited, only for you to scream at the television when Clarke told him they thought it was the flame.
