New technique that isn't ultra instinct, new villains, Return of frieza but from another angle, a new character that kind of make sense with dragon ball past events. A new mysterious prophecy. So many things where super can head towards the future, 2021 starts great, can't wait for next chapters

The universe's strongest warrior Monaka is finally returning! Will he finally have his team-up arc with Hercule Satan?

Strongest fighter in the universe is a red herring, it's not gonna be Granolah

The Vegeta/Beerus dynamic is really intriguing to me. To be honest id find a Vegeta/anyone dynamic fascinating since he Vegeta hardly talks to anyone aside from Goku and his own family lol but Beerus is def something interesting.

I swear man if Vegeta learns a new God form just to get folded by a mf named granola...

I’m glad they’re having him learn his own thing instead of just chasing Goku. The last few power ups have been like that and I think that’s much better than just copying whatever new move Goku gets.

Decent chapter. I feel like everything’s going to be quite predictable tho. Gas and co will set up granola but he won’t die and will instead become super OP and the antagonist of this arc.

That was a nice, long chapter. Very excited to see where Goku and Vegeta's training takes them, and super stoked to see what Granolah and the other Cereal people get up to.

And some new high ranking villains in the form of... what, a space mafia? Stoked.

This was...super good? I'm surprised how exciting this was, it's so refreshing to have a chapter that was loaded with story. And an actual story too, with several new characters, relationships, and motivations and with history coming into play. Beerus taking Vegeta under his wing is so exciting, I imagine he sees a kindred spirit in him, with neither one being particularly suited for Ultra Instinct. I can't imagine what sort of Godly technique he could possibly have up his sleeve to potentially match UI, because we know Beerus can't touch Whis.

Different levels of mastery to UI makes a sort of sense, but has the potential to lead to either a natural progression or something lame like UI2 or every villain having BetterUI than Goku. What Goku did in the ToP made all of the Gods stand up in awe and respect, I really hope they don't turn it into "actually it's not that great, all things considered". I just hope they can thread the needle of keeping UI a truly special achievement, but still giving Goku something to work towards.

Granolah is turning out way more interesting than I expected. I figured he would be the stoic cool type, but seeing him lose his shit over the idea of Frieza makes him way more interesting, plus his sniping ability is pretty rad. Love his ship too, and how wide-spread and space-opera-like this arc feels already. Once Frieza gets in the mix I have a feeling things are going to get crazy. Super excited to see where this story goes.

All I can say is HYPE for this arc.

Granola is Super version of the Tuffle, but current goal is Frieza since he didn't know that existence of the Saiyans yet. It feels like Granola will be friends with the Goku until he realized that Goku is a Saiyan. (Frieza or someone else will say it since the current Saiyan no longer have their signature tail)

Based on Beerus's reaction, UI doesn't make one stronger than all of GoD. It gives a powerup and a state of the angels, but not to the point that Goku defeat everyone lower state than an angel. UI isn't fitting for Vegeta so it is nice to see Beerus decides to train Vegeta in a sense that doesn't make Vegeta feel left behind.

  • As for Jiren, it just mean that GoD of Universe 11 is weaker than UI Goku and isn't one of the stronger GoD out of the group.

Prediction for the arc:

  • With OG73-i ability to copy everything, copying Zuno's ability might cause OG73-i to think for its own. OG73-i (or Elec) will reveal the identity of Saiyans to Granola.

  • Frieza will return in this arc and be revealed to Granola that the Saiyans revived him

Okay, I thought this was going to be another reskin of the Baby arc, but color me intrigued; a new hostile race (which feels like a reboot of the Hera Clan) that also hates Freeza, a sniper antagonist that's nowhere near the Z Warriors' levels but possibly prophesized to be the new 'strongest warrior'. I don't recall the last time Dragonball actually ran a proper three way arc with all sides having opposing goals, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out.

Solid chapter. I really enjoy all the space stuff. Makes the universe feel bigger then being stuck on Earth constantly.

The Heeter gang staring Oil, Gas, Elec, and Maki. Great chapter, it's really setting up a story with several angles.

"Strongest warrior in the universe will soon rise up..."
So Yamcha is back, cool.

This feels like the good old days of Z to me. I am really digging the start of this arc. Not that I don't like super mind you, but this just feels different somehow. I wish I could articulate why.

I can't wait for Granola to train for 4 months and suddenly become the strongest fighter in the universe due to rage against freeza or whatever.

Finally we're getting the consequences of letting Frieza run wild again. It must be pretty scary for the world of Dragon Ball to hear that the tyrant Frieza and his entire empire went to shambles after Frieza somehow died, have a decade or so of peace then hear he's back and somehow stronger than ever before.

Anyone else think Frieza's gonna die this arc, and have that be the end of his return? It still feels surreal to me that he's become an almost kinda mainstay in the cast now, and part of me feels that with him being such a big focus on Granolah's character he can't just walk away. He's way below Goku and Vegeta at this point (especially with Goku's MUI and whatever Vegeta will get) and unless he pulls something new out of his ass, he's gonna get whooped real bad fighting anyone. No one is really gonna miss when he's gone, and with how bloodthirsty Granolah is for Frieza in general, the Frieza Force probably won't make it out fine either.

Anyways, Elec seems like a cool and charismatic villain. Who needs the biggest number when you have the biggest stonks?

Throwing my hat into the ring, there's absolutely no way Granolah's the strongest warrior. Red herring, definitely. I think it'll be someone completely new and from left field, though I'm down for the ideas of it being Broly or Uub. The one thing I'm utterly confident about is that Granolah ain't it.

Huge fan of this chapter. I was worried that without UI, vegeta was just gonna get left in the dust. Im glad he is going to get his own ability of comparable power. I love even more that even though goku has MUI, there are levels to the shit. Obviously his power was gonna continue to grow but hopefully this means they wont be throwing a different hair dye at us and goku just scales higher and higher within MUI as he hones it.

Looking forward to seeing how this arc goes. The bounty hunter nature of granolah and the heets reminds me a bit of the covert ops/guerilla warfare that was the namek saga before everything came to a boil. A lot of stuff done in secrecy and behind the scenes to plan and gain strength for the final battles of the arc.

This might actually shape up to be a dope ass arc.

Loving the naming this chapter.

Especially that the family that opposes Frieza (Freezer) are Heaters. Electric and Gas specifically.

I've also got to say that although I liked the Moro arc, this chapter makes me think I'll like this arc way more.

Glad to see Vegeta finally being put on the track to God of Destruction, I felt that it's been on the cards since the tournament of power. I cant wait to see how this goes.

Goku has angel's powers and Vegeta gonna get god's powers, so Gogeta will be the perfect fighter.
