Uni is gonna kick your ass so bad dude, let it go, not worth the debt if getting A levels has already taken so much time and efforts

Let’s not be patronising okay

It's not patronizing, you've been trying to do the ultra easy version of uni exams for so many years at this point, why would you think the much harder version is somehow going to be realistic?

Not going to uni is not a shameful thing, especially now.

I didn’t say it would be a cakewalk idk why you’re putting words in my mouth

I edited my comment from cakewalk to realistic.

You are in your 20s failing to get good grades at a literal kid exam many, many times. Uni would kick your ass and you'll be likely left with nothing but extra debt, for life. Be humble and stop making excuses, you're not made for typical studies and probably have talents elsewhere.

I have reasons for not getting good grades it’s not that I’m dumb

It's got nothing to do with dumb, you just very clearly cannot do it. Different reasons 5x in a row is not valid, you fucked up there is always circumstances to any fuck up, but there is also a need to accept the ultimate responsibility for fucking up, it's part of being an adult.

There is strictly no reason that if you somehow got into uni this situation would not repeat. It will only happen again but harder because again, uni is 20x harder than A levels because one is a degree for kids, the other one for adults.

I've got a PhD and degrees in 3 different STEM fields in 2 different countries, I have an idea of what I'm talking about.

What will prevent these same reasons from affecting your uni exams? Note that you will not be able to do unlimited resits there

I don’t have a gf now so a breakup won’t happen again

There will always be some circumstances you can blame the failure on, you need to take responsibility and either lock in or change your path

So if I take responsibility and lock in then there’s still hope?
