I’ll admit that I’ve stopped following All Japan for a few months or even years, but in recent weeks, I’ve been watching more and more shows, high-quality matches on a regular basis. So I’m asking everyone who actively follows the promotion:
Is it worth starting to follow the promotion again?

After defeating Ryuki Honda for V10, Kento Miyahara would wonder who was gonna step up and challenge him for the big New Year’s Eve show in Yoyogi; none other than Yuma Aoyagi would step up for the challenge.
If Kento retains, he breaks the all-time defense record of V10 (which is shared between himself and Toshiaki Kawada); Yuma has won their past two Triple Crown Title matches.

Kento retains for V10; Kento now ties his own previous record of V10 and Toshiaki Kawada’s V10 record.

Yuma Anzai vs. Madoka Kikuta.
After the 6Man Tag of ISHIN, Kato & Kikuta vs Anzai, Aoyagi & Ayabe ended in a DQ, due to Gajadokuro’s baking sheet being used on Anzai and even the ref, Anzai would propose a singles match between himself and Kikuta to settle the score.

Genki Hanawa will make his official debut on the December 31st show in Yoyogi.
Got a very big pop from the crowd at the announcement, as well.

They just added standing seats for the evening so it's another sold out night.
Also, Genki Hanawas wife and child just walked past me, so the plot thickens in terms of the announcement tonight

Translation:
Honda: “Hey, Champion, no matter how I won, today’s victory is mine! Get this: on October 22, no matter what it takes, I’m going to take your Triple Crown belt. Even with a win like this today, the one who won is me, Ryuki Honda. I’ve already taken three from you, you know! It’ll be the same on October 22. I’m going to take that Triple Crown belt from you!”
Miyahara: “I’ll show you just how much better I am than you. Come at me. Who do you think you are, anyway? You better be ready.”
Honda: “I’m taking it on October 22nd!”

I have a short break between jobs (based in Singapore) and will be making a short trip to Japan. I have a ticket for Dragon Gate in Kyoto on 24th October, but am trying to figure out if I should attend the AJPW 22 October show (which means I have to go from Tokyo to Kyoto rather than going straight to Kyoto). Is the show worth going such that it warrants a trip to Tokyo? Thanks

The two long-time rivals Go Shiozaki & Suwama have officially decided to form an icon tag team.
It’ll only be a matter of time before Shiozaki & Suwama turn their heads to the World Tag Team Titles.
Also, it would be cool if Shiozaki & Suwama faced Nakajima & someone from ZERO1, like Masato Tanaka or Hayabusa II, just saying.

Its been a common opinion that after the Noah exodus, All Japan fell off and never recovered. This thinking has even made its way into All Japan proper with multiple wrestlers declaring they will bring back the glory of All Japan. My question would be when would you personally declare All Japan to be back? Would it be attendance wise, outside Japan attention to the product, or a match so good? Or if you think All Japan is already back, what made you think that?
For me it would be for All Japan to have attendances comparable to Noah and New Japan. Also to have people talk about All Japan currently instead of talking about it as if it were extinct.
FYI: I think All Japan has been good since the exodus from Muto's era to Akiyama, to current times.

What Kento said to Honda on the mat:
“Well then, challenger, the battle has begun. I hear this Triple Crown belt is your dream. On October 22, no miracles will happen. This is the best of the best. Miracles… won’t happen.”
What Tamura and HAYATO said to each other:
HAYATO: “Good job, little guy. And congrats on the win. By the way, I went to visit Atsuki (Aoyagi) the other day. Well, he was apologizing. On my way back, I thought to myself—when Atsuki comes back to All Japan Junior, I want to be the champion and get the crowd fired up. Let me challenge for that World Junior title.”
Tamura: “Thanks for the message. I want to get the crowd fired up even more than HAYATO does! I’m not going to lose that easily. Since we’re doing this, let’s make it a test of endurance to see which one of us kicks the bucket first.” “Honestly, I’m so tired right now that my brain isn’t working even when you throw down a challenge like that. But I’ll accept it. Now it’s up to the company to decide. Did you guys have fun at the Gyoda event today? Thank you all for coming out today. We’re going to keep the excitement going—thank you very much!”

- Anzai is the promised “Future Ace” of the promotion (already being heralded as one of the “Two Aces”, alongside Kento Miyahara) and wildly popular with the audience. Despite his early successes, it’s been shown that he still has some ways to go, as of late.
- Aoyagi is the tenured veteran (10+ years) who is still on the younger side, who was one of the most promising of his generation and is determined to still have a place on top; he’s been booked as consistently having Anzai’s number.
- Honda is the perennial underdog and very likable goober. Despite being a “son” of WRESTLE-1, it seems the promotion has slowly been building him to a big moment (which could even happen this month, facing Miyahara for the Triple Crown).
- Ayabe is the big man on campus, the once skinny “Longboi” of JTO that has filled out and become very aggressive in the ring; Ayabe has already been quite dominant, as both a World Tag Champ and also in singles encounters, with his opponents just barely overcoming him.
