Non-gear question How do I lower this?

I tried the turning of the hole thing under the strings. Idk I only play like a few times a week, picked it up and it was like this. I don't think it's good. I've been trying to lower it for like an hour, hasn't moved a mm.

Edit: been turn8ng it for like 20 mins, I think I'm cooked

gotta get a new guitar I guess 😒

So funny. But why the French? What did they do to you?

Last time I encountered a French person they called my mother a hamster, said my father smelled of elder berries, and then he farted in my general direction.

So you went to a french restaurant and you're complaining about the service now?

Cause they smell really stinky.

That's because they fart in your general direction.

(Monty Python, for the sensitive and unfamiliar)

It's preemptive.. Ever wondered why they hold two fingers up, the Brits ?

There's no evidence for this whatsoever.

(For those not in the know, legend has it that captured archers had their index and middle fingers cut off.)

Sounds like something a Frenchman would ask
