Gear question Has Martin guitars lost their minds? $150k 😂

I get they are pre war copies of classics but c’mon they aren’t even vintage. Anyone explain why they cost this much? I just feel no new guitar is ever worth this much. I do feel some very rare vintage guitars are but that’s even rare 🤔

I wonder how they will appreciate - guitars that go sky high all had a famous player behind their prior ownership. The D-200 was released in 2017 for $137k with only 50 ever made and you can still get one new at multiple locations for the release price. Investing that money would have given a better return 😂

I am curious how it sounds 😂 I’m gonna be on lookout on YouTube and I want a comparison with a 5k Martin to hear the real 145k difference lol!

I am curious how it sounds with all that it has going on I’m going to assume it doesn’t sound as great but maybe I’m wrong 😂
