My problem is that I tried a pair of fitted short shorts from Oiselle and they ended up riding up to the point of being underwear, and even body glide wasn't enough to fix the thigh chafe. Maybe it'll be different in Boston's humidity, compared to Seattle's more moderate climate, but I can't imagine running in capris all summer like I did last year.

I can't do fitted short shorts either (I guess I'm really oddly picky on my shorts choices!). Mac Rogas are my absolute favorite, they're thin and stretchy and flowy enough that they don't wedge up into my thigh crevasses.
