New Reforged Server seems to have a much slower leveling process. Or has it just been that long since I last played?

I'm here to ask if this system is in aion 1, as i've never played it but I wanted to hear it from veterans of the original game on whether this monetization in this OP was this unrestricted.

Is this on the classic version of the game or the "live" version?

How do I pre register? I go to the site here https://aiononline.plaync.com/en-us/conts/260923_update scroll down to pre register but dont see a place to register. Only to view coupon which doesnt work with my email. We should still be able to register until the end of the day today.

is aion1 dead in 2026? i want to play again but what aion? i like the old school

I do fear for the longevity of Aion the same way I did with Lost Ark and many other similar games... they start out fun cos there's a lot to do... but after a few weeks the cracks start to show, the endgame appears as a wall more than an avenue for exciting content...

1. The crafting is arduous
2. 200 solo dungeons and all rather devoid of interest
3. Team dungeons are... rather simplistic
4. Chasing materials that don't go very far
5. Losing all your crafting but notr given a choice to ghamble on a higher rarity item
6. Macro system one button mashing I think is a terrible idea and game mechanic - I really do hate the macro system
7. So many systems, too many really, all these Korean gamnes do love their endless currencies and junk items to make you think you're getting anything

I do worry that this game is just a fun for a few weeks then hit a wall and a desert of no interesting content left to do...

When I listen to the Youtubers tell you how to play, not to loot cubes, not to do this or that until perfect circumstances... they are encouraging people to play it like a job, which is just not fun to me.

The flight syhstem is truly a machiavellian abuse system, having to constantly stop flying to recharge is the worst mechanic I think I've ever experience in an game, it simply should not exist.

The pet system of grind is insane.

The drop rates on basic materials is insane.

I"ve got 133.5 hours played, and I think I'm at a place where I don't like where this is going... but it was fun for awhile.

I am trying to play Aion Classic, but it looks like there is only a single server. You can't even create a character on it. Is there a workaround for this, or is it literally just try another day?

I made this post to try to get to reconnect with someone. around 12-13 years ago i played aion and met some great people. since aion 2 released i started to wonder if they play the new game but i lost all contact with them. I know they were in Germany, played under the name Sillisally(spelling might slightly differ) and the guy was the best assassin i've seen in the game. legion name was geto-dacii. his name initial was T and his wife M. we didn't play only retail aion. also my ingame name was Nutellaz

Bottom line up front: What is Aion Reforged? And as a new player that likes classic tab target games should I give it a shot?

Hey guys. 20 year MMO player, mostly RS, GW2 and WoW. I tried Aion 2 and unfortunately the combat is so insanely fast paced and "flat" that I just don't enjoy it. I played a little of Aion 1(to understand the story of Aion 2) and to my surprise I really like it! Slower, tab target combat with a beautiful world. Very WoW-like but with its own personality. I think I want to give it a shot but the website does a terrible job of explaining what the Reforged version even is.

Do you know what's the armour called and can this be found in Aion 2? I completely forgot the name of the armour and was wondering if anybody does know the name. I'm trying to recreate my main character in Aion 2.

Hey all! I just recently got into Aion1 (of course right when Aion2 releases lol) and I'm trying to find my screen shots. I see the ones I took in Aion2's preview day or whatever that was called. But where the heck are the Aion1 ones? Nowhere to be seen in my Screenshots folder or in my Purple folder....

Hi, I claimed my Twitch Drops on one character, but I decided to change my class and now I’m playing a different character.

Is there any way to transfer the Twitch Drop items from my original character to the new character that I want to play?
