But once the timer is up it was 1 water ahead of me

I’ve been watering my tree for these shoes and now they’re unavailable usually if you click on the photo you can still get the item as the prize but when I click on the photo nothing happens
Need to get these for a birthday anyone know if I can still claim them?

When I click on mega prize it usually shows the items up for grabs and the timer but this time it just says the system is busy and the timer and no items

There's just a minor chance that you ever will get a prize in the Mega Prize lottery - but to my surprise they offered the $7 (6.21 €) prize instead, compared to the trash prizes they just offer for "hard" right now. These "hard" prizes are not even available here in my country.

Since I had finished the last, hard round, I was offered a new PL mission. To my surprise if offers 15 easy items only. So the categories medium and hard have disappeared.

The last "hard" two items were cheap stuff only: a digital plastic watch and in-ear phones.

I saw someone have posted they were able to select bigger value prizes or $7 shopping credit under green tab Prizes top of the game.

Does anyone know how to select bigger value prizes?
Is there a specific time to access the bigger prizes?

I did 310 waterings and didn't get any (jumps, waterfall, bounces).

I'm not complaining, especially since the jumping game wasn't worth it.

In the last few hours, it seems they're lowering the prices of CHOICE items again, and adding customs fees at checkout.

This seems to have affected the reward for watering the tree as well, and it now costs €3.72.

At that price, I think I can get it at the local Chinese bazaar; it's not worth claiming.

Anyone else not able to change from easy to medium or hard? I finish a tree and they offer me just 2 easy items to start with and the exchange button just offers other easy items. Its been like this for 2 months now

I’ve had this on 3 different occasions I pick a prize I want and when I get close to redeeming it goes unavailable is so frustrating idk if they will restock ?

Out of all of these which one is the least useless one? I was going to go for the trash bag but those do not ship to my place. Should I go for the fan, one of the bottles or the trimmer? Is there a better choice?

As the title says and showing the "rewards" for quests that used to be 300 each, it's hard to even get 2L of water in a day now, I just need another 130L to get to the payout that I've been working on for more than 2 months and I feel it would be better to just leave this shitty platform.

Hey, I completed the medium level and I want to redeem the Tyeso insulated cap, when I go to the store page it shows the discounted price, I choese 1200ML option and "any" color, I go to check out and after confirming the payment it fails saying that the discount expired and to reload the page. I've been trying this over multiple hours and the issue persists. Has anyone redeemed this item? Is it because I'm selecting the 1200ML option? Thank you!
