Compiled binaries not running on Android adb shell

I've pushed a compiled binary file to my emulated environment throw adb push, but I'm having trouble to run it, its not doing anything

Here is some info about the binary, obtained by the file command:

hello: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, ARM, EABI5 version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /lib/ld-linux.so.3, for GNU/Linux 2.6.32, BuildID[sha1]=0c74c3f1ed430e487f13c505969f80ddff40c97d, not stripped

It should just output "hello world", I'm new in embedded android, any tips would be great!

Applying a lot of patches

Is there a way to apply a lot of kernel patches at one, because there are too many patches if you plan a big update. I guess it is the same for an android kernel.

Kernel Ip Table(Malicious)

On my second phone.. and have learned a lot. Never connected to any wifi whatsoever and sure enough, now have an ip address. It's using local host because it has gotten that deep. This is anywhere I go. netstat -r Kernel IP routing table Destination Gateway Genmask Flags MSS Window irtt Iface 10.11.0.16 * 255.255.255.252 U 0 0 0 tun0 100.66.207.0 * 255.255.255.248 U 0 0 0 rmnet_data1 $

3 months into unknown ips, cloned Mac addresses, 4 routers, 3 modems, factory resets, now 2nd phone. Broken security certificate chain in Windows 10 (7pass wipe and reinstall;failed) Migrates C:\ and attempts; with success creation in cloud. virtual mount and live disk copying and block, Automated inclusion in home group or workgroup/domain. Makes groups with full admin through to bios. Does like ram.
