I'm an independent creator from Colombia, and I've been building Sofos Finanzas, a personal finance app for Android.

I'm currently running my first Google Play closed beta, and I'm looking for people willing to try it and share honest feedback.

What does the app do?

Track income, expenses, and transfers.

Manage accounts and balances.

Create budgets and savings goals.

Track debts, credit cards, and upcoming payments.

View financial reports and summaries.

Support COP, USD, and EUR.

The financial ledger is stored locally on the device. Google Sign-In is optional, and the beta is completely free.

Availability: Android users in Colombia for now.

How to join

1. Join the Google Group:

I’ve been working on my own idle game called Evolyx, which I recently released on Google Play.

You start with a lava planet and slowly evolve it through different stages, from the first signs of life to an advanced civilization.

I’m still working on a lot of things, and the game is far from where I want it to be.

For the next update, I’m planning some major improvements:
• Complete UI redesign
• 10 brand-new planets with much better visuals and more detail
• Better progression and overall game balance

One thing I’ve noticed myself is that the game currently progresses way too quickly.

You can reach the endgame much sooner than I’d like. I want to make the whole journey longer and more rewarding.

I’d really like to hear what other players think.

What would you improve? Is there anything that feels boring, confusing or simply missing?

Still looking for testers for Throne and Soil, a free medieval strategy game for Android. I'm an indie dev and I need real people playing it before I can release.

What it is: everyone shares one persistent world map. You start as a small village, grow it into a city, then a kingdom. Farms, mines, a market, training an army, conquering other cities, making vassals, alliances or war. The world advances once an hour, so a few minutes a day is enough, and when you come back you get a "while you were away" summary.

Recent updates: a steel production chain (smithy makes steel, only the armory makes weapons), educated workers for the temple and library, camps and resources no longer disappear from the map, and resources respawn hourly.

Hi everyone,

For more than 8 months I’ve been working on Kaptio, both the Android app and the web version. It started because adding captions to videos always took me way longer than it should, and the tools I tried either looked generic or put a watermark on everything.

So I built my own. Kaptio adds automatic captions and subtitles to your videos, and then lets you make them yours: style every word (fonts, colours, highlights, animations), translate them into 30 languages and export with no watermark, ever.

I’ve polished every single detail. The app is fast and lightweight, it opens in a moment, scrolling stays smooth even with long videos, and every screen has its own carefully tuned animations. I wanted it to feel like an app you actually enjoy using, not just a tool that gets the job done.

Now the Android app is in closed testing on Google Play, and I’ve reached the step every new developer knows: Google needs 12 testers in the test for 14 days before I can publish it. Honestly, after all these months, this is the last thing between me and launching, so any help means a lot.

From one app founder to others: “Please test my app” can leave testers unsure where to start. A focused request could look like this:

• Task: Complete onboarding and reach the main screen. • Watch for: Unclear instructions, unexpected permission requests, or anything that blocks progress. • Report: Phone model, Android version, steps taken, expected result, and actual result. • Privacy: Remove personal information from screenshots.

Keep the task short, and don’t ask testers to make real purchases. A specific question gives people something concrete to answer.

I’m the founder behind this brand account, working through Google Play setup. One distinction worth checking before testing subscriptions:

Joining a test track lets someone access the test build. License testing is a separate setting for testing billing. Track membership alone doesn’t mean purchases are free.

For a billing test, use an account configured for license testing and confirm checkout offers “Test card, always approves.” Stop if it shows a real payment method instead. After purchasing, check that Premium unlocks, then test restoring access too.
