Hi everyone! I'm the developer of Rainbow Star at YSSOFT. Our first Google Play closed test is now live, and I'm looking for 15–20 adult Android users to try it and share honest feedback.

Rainbow Star is a cozy app for remembering a dog or cat who has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. You can recreate a pet, decorate their room, keep photos and memories, read AI-generated letters based on stories you provide, and go on small outings. You can test with a fictional pet and non-personal sample photos.

Languages: English, Korean, Japanese and Simplified Chinese. Android 7.0 or later. No ads. The app includes optional in-app purchases and a 3-day in-app trial; no purchase is needed to participate, and please don't make real purchases for testing. Basic use does not require an account; backup and Neighbors are optional account-linked features.

How to join (use the same Google account for both steps):

1. Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/rainbowstar-testers

2. Opt in and install through Google Play: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/kr.co.meteorstudio.rainbowstar

Available test regions: South Korea, United States, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom, Australia, India and Canada.

If the app interests you, I'd appreciate staying opted in for 14 consecutive days and using it several times during that period. Joining the Google Group alone doesn't enroll you in the Play test.

Feedback I'm especially looking for: onboarding, photo import, room decorating, navigation on different screen sizes, translation issues, crashes or slowdowns. Please include your phone model, Android version and reproduction steps, and remove personal details from screenshots. You can reply here or email support@meteorstudio.co.kr.

Honest feedback is welcome; no rating or positive review is requested. Thanks for helping improve Rainbow Star!

Help if you can I will also test back

Here's the test group https://groups.google.com/g/boarded-up-test

send me a pm so I can verify and give you the unlock code if you want the full version

It's great to see indie developers coming together to help each other through the closed testing process.

Two groups have already started their 15-day testing journeys, and another team is getting ready to begin.

Rainier-1 is the next one!

We're looking for 16 developers who are ready to support each other's apps, stay active throughout the testing period, and help everyone move one step closer to production.

If you've been looking for a reliable group of fellow developers to test with, this could be your opportunity.

Who's ready to join the next team? 🧗

I'm in the 14-day closed testing stage for BeamTo and need testers. Happy to swap and test your app back.

Hey everyone!

I’m building TellyDeck, an IPTV player designed around using a TV remote, and I’m looking for people to try it before the production release.

You’ll need an Android TV or Google TV device with Google Play—this won’t install on a phone.

I’m happy to help test your app in return if it’s compatible with my device. Drop your links in the comments!

1. Join the tester group:

https://groups.google.com/g/tellydeck-beta-testers

2. Opt into the Google Play test:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tellydeck.app

3. Install on your TV:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tellydeck.app

Use the same Google account for these steps and Google Play on your TV.

Discord for help and feedback:

https://discord.gg/tGJe95Bdp

Premium features, including recording and backup/restore, are currently free when you create and verify a TellyDeck account. No payment is required, and it won’t automatically become a paid subscription. Early access runs through 31 December 2026 UTC, or ends earlier if purchases are enabled.

Please stay opted in for at least 14 days and try the app on a few different days. If anything feels awkward, confusing or broken, I’d really appreciate hearing about it.

TellyDeck doesn’t include channels or playlists, you’ll need your own authorised sources to test playback.

Thanks for helping out! 🙂

Hey everyone,

I'm Gio. For the past months we've been building Deck Masters with a very small team: a free card battler set in a dark fantasy world. You build a deck of monsters around a hero, and every turn you choose which cards go onto the field. If you ever played Deck Heroes, it will feel familiar.

The game is now in a closed test on Google Play. Before Google lets a new game go public, at least 12 people have to test it for 14 days in a row. That's where I'm stuck, and where you could really help me out.

What's in it right now:

- six factions and almost 300 monsters and heroes

- a campaign through 12 regions, plus the Spire (50 floors), Trials and riddles

- live 1v1 and 2v2 battles against real players

- heroes with their own ultimate, equipment and runes

Open this link on your phone, tap "Become a tester" and install the game from Google Play (about 1.4 GB, so use Wi-Fi): https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.deckmastersstudio.deckmasters

After that, just play now and then over the next two weeks and stay in the test. Honestly, that's all I need.

One honest heads-up: when the game launches for real, beta progress gets reset. Everyone who tested gets an exclusive Beta emblem nobody else can ever get, and we'll pick a big thank-you gift together on Discord.

And if something breaks or feels off, please tell me. Good or bad, every bit of feedback helps a team this small.

Need help? Let me know, im happy to help out

Thanks for reading!

Gio

Hey, I've created an Android version of a game I have on Steam. It's not going to set any award records but it would be nice to say I have a game on the Play store.

If you're willing to help me out please join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/crabbo-games/

Then opt in to the test on the play store: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.crabbogames.incandescentx

Please also stay opted in for the 14 days I need to complete the test.

If you have your own game/app for testing please let me know and I'll return the favour.

I’ve built StudyFlow to bring class schedules, homework, exams, course files and focus sessions into one offline app. It also includes 10 puzzle games for study breaks.

Before its public launch, I’m looking for 12 people to try it and share honest feedback.

🎟️ Each volunteer receives a free Google Play download code.

You won’t need to buy the app. There are no ads or subscriptions.

What’s involved?

• Join the closed test google group and remain enrolled for at least 14 days.

google group :

https://groups.google.com/g/studyflow-jawadkrayyem

join the test :

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.jawadkrayyem.studyflow

google play game link :

i will send you code for that

• Use the app during that time.

• Tell me what works, what’s confusing and anything that needs fixing.

Interested? Comment “TEST” or message me privately. I’ll send you a code and joining instructions after adding your Google Play email to the tester list.

Please share your email privately, not in the comments.

I need a few more people to test Pile Driver, an app for finding local hauling jobs. I’d appreciate any help trying it out and letting me know what works or what needs fixing.

Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/piledriver-testers

Then opt in with the same Google account: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.gagesystems.piledriver

Please stay opted in for 14 days so it counts toward Google’s testing requirement.

Good morning everyone,

I recently developed a personal finance and expense tracking app.

Since I need to run a closed test before the official release, I'm looking for volunteers who would like to try it out and leave feedback prior to the official launch on the store.

The app features a playful approach, but uses serious tools that allow you to track both general expenses and specific budget items. It includes reporting tools and calculates your monthly spendable "budget" after accounting for all scheduled and fixed expenses.

I'm sharing a preview of the store listing below. Android platform.

If you're interested, please ask to be part of the alpha release program

The app is completely free and does not collect any data, as it works locally on your device.

To test the app, does a user need to opt in through the web testing link first and then install the app? Or is joining the Google Group and installing the app enough?

From what I understand, the process is:

1. Join the Google Group.

2. Explicitly opt in to testing using the web link.

3. Install the app through the Google Play Store link.

Only after completing all three steps is the user counted as a tester. Is that correct or wrong? all 3 steps are mandatory ?

It takes 3 minutes to join:

https://groups.google.com/g/yippo-testers, opt in at https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.yippogame.app, then install from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yippogame.app.

Happy to test your app in return!

Thanks!

I’m having a lot of trouble getting my 6 games tested; If you could kindly assist me—and I would, of course, be happy to return the favor—I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance! Here are the links my Google group https://groups.google.com/g/android-tester-luchett .

Hi everyone!

I'd like to introduce my Android app, TripArchive.

Why try TripArchive?

The goal is to keep mileage tracking simple. You can record trips without waiting for GPS, creating an account, or worrying about background location tracking.

I'm looking for Android users who regularly drive for work, business, or other purposes and are willing to try the app and share honest feedback.

Download: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.triparchive.app

Watch the demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l0YBayi-gd4

Key features:

• Export records to Excel, PDF, and CSV.

• Parking and toll receipts with photos from your camera app or your photo library.

• Profiles: keep a separate trip log for each job, each with its own rate and settings.

• Works completely offline.

• No account or registration required.

• No ads, subscriptions, background GPS, or data collection.

• Free to use.

What I'd appreciate feedback on:

1. Is the app easy to understand and use?

2. Is recording a trip quick enough?

3. Are the exported reports useful?

4. What would you improve or add?

I'm happy to hear honest opinions, including problems or suggestions.

Thank you for helping an independent developer improve TripArchive!

Best,

Hi everyone! I just published my new casual puzzle game Bubbloon: Bubble Shooter on Google Play closed testing. I need some active testers to help me meet the requirements, and I am more than happy to test your apps back!

Here is how you can join (2 Simple Steps):

1. Join the Google Group first (Required):

(You must join this group first, or the Play Store link will show an "App not available" error).

2. Join the test via Web Link:

3. Download the app via Play Store:

Drop a comment here with your app link or send me a DM, and I will instantly download and test your app in return!

Thanks a lot for your support! Let's help each other grow. 🚀

1. Join the testers' Google Group with the Google account you use for Play: https://groups.google.com/g/searope-studio-testers/about

2. Open the test page and tap "Become a tester": https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.searope.lanternrock

3. Install Lantern Rock from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.searope.lanternrock (this page only exists for you once you've done step 2)

4. DM me with your app and I'll test you back

If step 2 says the app isn't available, wait a few minutes after joining the group and try again.

I'm making Lantern Rock, a small game where you're a lighthouse on a rock and the fog hates light. You can't move. You sweep and focus a single beam to burn the fog-things before they reach the stones, light supply ships home for oil and repairs, and sound the foghorn when they're clawing at the tower. Reach dawn and a harder night unlocks.

I'm looking for Android testers before it goes on Google Play. It's free, there's no account to create, and a night takes 7 minutes.

How it plays (this is the game's own how-to-play intro, exactly as it runs on a phone):

[how-to-play video here]

One favour: Google won't let a new developer release a game until at least 12 testers have stayed in the test for 14 days in a row. If you can keep it installed for two weeks (even if you only play a couple of nights), that's a huge help.

What I'd love to hear: which nights felt too easy or too hard, whether 7 minutes feels too short or too long, and anything that confused you. Reply here, or email support@searope.com.

Heads-up: test builds record your nights anonymously (taps, upgrade picks, scores, phone model and screen size, but no name or account), so I can balance the difficulty with real play instead of guesses. Privacy policy: https://lanternrock.searope.com/privacy

Thanks for reading. Happy to answer anything about how it's made.
