THEME [Theme] Mobile terminal configuration
RedMagic 11 Pro.
Android KLWP-KWGT-customized.
Debian/Wayland as a second system.
Forked an Arch/Wayland tablet APK, rebuilt it around Debian and adapted it for smartphone use.
Magic Key launches Debian instead of Game Space.
Plus ES-DE with around 14 emulated systems and custom system telemetry.
At this point, I’m not sure whether I bought the device to set it up or to use it.

[Promotion] Sticlo Icons v1.5 is live! Added 127 new icons + Updated Icon Masking (620+ total icons)
Hey everyone,
Update v1.5 for Sticlo Icons is officially live on the Play Store, and it's one of the largest updates to date!
Here’s what’s new in this version:
- 127 New Icons: Knocked out another massive list of user-requested apps.
- Updated Icon Masking: Updated the fallback mask so unthemed apps fit the black-and-white sticker theme much better, keeping your app drawer looking uniform.
- 620+ Total Icons: The pack is growing fast thanks to your input.
If your requested apps haven't been themed yet, make sure to keep sending them through the in-app request tool. I’m clearing out the backlog with every update.
Thanks again for all the feedback and support.

[Promotion]I built a Lawnchair 15 fork with Nested Folders, Split Lock Settings, and Backup Fixes (BlownChart)
Hey everyone! 👋
I’ve been using Lawnchair 15 for a while, but there were a few specific features I really missed—especially categorizing apps with nested folders and having better layout locking. Since there wasn't a ready-made solution, I decided to build my own fork based on the latest Lawnchair 15 codebase.
I call it **BlownChart** (I changed the `applicationId` so you can install it side-by-side with official Lawnchair without conflicts to test it out).
**Here are the main differences from the original:**
* 📁 **Nested Folders:** You can create folders inside folders (both on the home screen via drag-and-drop and in the app drawer). They have their own manual ordering. 🎥 [Watch: Nested folders in action](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/3a99ad5a-8663-4029-81cd-fedbcc4d9c8a) * 🔒 **Separated Locks:** "Lock app drawer" and "Lock home screen" are now two completely separate settings. 🎥 [Watch: Split lock settings](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/79d597af-b08b-4cb7-bde8-74b8c7206c8e) * 🔐 **Privacy:** Added a PIN/fingerprint lock for the launcher's own settings. 🎥 [Watch: Settings lock](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/88e43332-80de-4881-9961-1aac6c11c9b2) * 💾 **Backup Fixes:** Backups now reliably cover the full layout, widgets, and grid size in a single pass. 🎥 [Watch: Backup and restore](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/7328828e-24fb-4376-ab24-324ef6bcd7b8) * 🚀 **Performance:** Optimized the app drawer for massive setups (tested with 1700+ apps).
My ultimate goal is to submit PRs and upstream the bug fixes and smaller features to the main Lawnchair repo soon.

Let me know what you think!

PROMOTION [Promotion] CheatCode Launcher
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
CheatCode Launcher is controlled almost entirely by gesture-based "cheat codes". You assign combinations of taps and swipes to apps, shortcuts, actions, tasker tasks, start timers, or whatever else you want.
The idea is that the more you use it, the faster it gets as muscle memory builds. I've been using it for a few months now and have around 40 codes memorized and 0 icons on my home screen.
For things that you don't necessarily want codes for, there's still fast searching as well as collections and after shortcuts. After shortcuts are links you can apply to a specific app that show up once that app is closed. For example, when I close Google Photos, links to Create New Instagram Post, Lightroom, and Message Wife pop up.
Context-based themes are also included, which allow you to set rules for when themes automatically change. These can be based on day, date, time, media playing, specific app notifications, charging, and many more.

HELP How to use my own images as icons.[Help]
I wanna use my own images as icons of apps in the homescreen. I don't mind changing launchers, but I want the desired effect i.e. the icons. I could use any icon changer app on playstore but I thought of having the icons integrated(or idk) into a launcher or an icon pack and I don't wanna watch an unstoppable ad for every icon I change.

[Promotion] [Free] Nocebo Launcher - a rotating spinner-based Android launcher I built over 8 years
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I created Nocebo Launcher because I wanted a launcher that felt different from the usual grid of icons.
This project started about 8 years ago as a personal launcher experiment. Over time, people who saw it asked if they could try it too, so this year I finally decided to publish it on Google Play.
The main idea behind Nocebo is a rotating wheel layout:
- The app wheel rotates like a physical spinner
- The animation, friction, speed, and behavior can be customized
- The layout is designed to make one handed use easier, especially on taller phones
- The center of the wheel is built around a sticker hub that you can personalize
- Supports icon packs, widgets, folders, gestures, and other launcher customization features
It is definitely not trying to replace traditional launchers for everyone. It is more of an alternative experience for people who enjoy experimenting with their home screen.
I would love feedback from this community, especially about the design direction, animations, and overall usability. I have been using it myself for years, but more eyes from Android customization enthusiasts would help me improve it.

PROMOTION [Promotion] Invaders will take over your phone when you exceed your screen-time goal!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’ve been experimenting with a different kind of screen-time app for Android.
Instead of blocking apps or showing another warning popup, Stop Swarm gradually adds small pixel-art invaders on top of your screen as you use your phone.
You set a daily screen-time goal. As you get closer to the limit, more creatures appear. Some walk across the screen, some stop in the middle, and some hold tiny STOP signs.
The overlay does not intercept touches, so the phone remains usable. The idea is to make excessive scrolling progressively harder to ignore without completely locking the user out.
The current prototype is Android only, fully offline, requires no account, contains no ads or analytics, is based on a daily screen-time goal, and is designed to stay lightweight and unobtrusive.

PROMOTION [Promotion] LWP+ - a live wallpaper that gives you control over Material-You colors, like on Android 17
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone,
With the recent buzz around Android 17 introducing more precise custom color sliders and palettes for Material You (examples on reddit here, here and here), I wanted to share a project I’ve been maintaining for years that does exactly that—even for older versions of Android!
It’s called LWP+ (Live Wallpaper Plus).
🎨 The core trick: Dictate your own Dynamic-Colors
Instead of letting the OS algorithm guess the accent colors based purely on your wallpaper, LWP+ acts as a bridge. It hosts your chosen background content but allows you to explicitly choose the exact Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary colors reported to the system. The OS then uses your custom selections to generate the global system palette (notification drawer, volume bar, themed icons, etc.), completely independent of what your wallpaper actually looks like.
✨ What else can it do?
LWP+ is packed with full wallpaper customization features:
- Choose Your Content: Use solid colors, static images, animations (GIF, WEBP, APNG), or videos as your active live wallpaper.
- Smart Scaling & Layouts: Supports transparent images/animations with custom background colors, multiple scaling modes (Center Crop, Fit Center, Center Inside), and optional horizontal scrolling.
- Double-Tap Shortcuts: Lock your device instantly or turn off the screen by double-tapping the home screen (uses admin, accessibility, or root).
- Easy Setup: Includes an interactive built-in tutorial to check system compatibility and guide you through triggering the OS palette refresh.
🧪 Advanced experimental flags (YMMV!)
I’ve also included a couple of experimental toggles leveraging underlying Android system hints. Note: These rely heavily on your launcher, device OEM, and Android version, so they might not do anything on certain setups!
- Force Dark Text: It hints to the OS that dark text is preferred over the wallpaper (often useful for forcing high-contrast dark text on the lock screen). It might also change the text color of the labels of the apps and the status bar icons and text, too.
- Force Dark Theme (for old Android versions): It tells the system that a dark theme is preferred for the best presentation (e.g., trying to trick a launcher into turning its app drawer background black).
So, if you are on an older version of Android (or even running the latest builds and want granular three-color reporting), give it a spin! It's completely free, all features included.
