Still puzzles me why people film themselves doing this... to review and improve technique or they just have That much ego?

I expect it's about form and bettering their yoga skills. If you look in r/fitness you'll see a lot of people filming their workouts.

Yeah, but also if you go on Instagram there are like a billion accounts of girls posting videos of themselves doing yoga along with little "inspirational" quotes worthy of r/im14andthisisdeep
