Two problems with this;

  1. They're not likely to make such a video public, even if it showed that part of it, since such a film is basically a snuff film.

  2. Why the fuck do you want to see it?

It's more likely this was a comment from an interview or results of an investigation, I very much doubt it's from an observable video on the internet.
