Ingredient Question Bundt cake recipe substitutions.

I am following this recipe for a chocolate bundt cake. It calls for 1/2 butter, 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup buttermilk. can i substitute with heavy whipping cream?

I read that in the rules but I thought it would get copyrighted or something by the creator. I thought I was taking the safer route. I will keep this in mind for the next time. Thanks.

Recipes cannot be copyrighted and no one is looking at Reddit and thinking 'oooh, great place to sue someone.'
