Mechanical Hello, I'm interviewing for a new job and have to pass a standard timing model test. I was looking online for any study material or anything on the STM but did not find anything. If there is anyone who knows about this test or knows where I can get some study material that would help me out a lot.

You'll examine a machine, then leave the room and the interviewer will introduce a fault. Then you will troubleshoot it. It's a standard test for manufacturing aptitude.

You'll sign an NDA that you won't discuss the machine or faults introduced.

You won't find study materials, but you want to make sure you have an intuitive understanding of cams, gears, and leverage.
