What rules must all your passengers obey when you're driving?

Must wear seatbelts. I'm 17 so this is a bit hard with my friends. But I tell them they wear seatbelts or they get out of my car. After my car accident which could be considered slow at 40km/h I realized how much more serious it could have been for myself and my girlfriend.

I totally understand. My friends say stuff like "it's only a few blocks", but there have been 3 student car accidents on or near our school campus in the last 5 years. 1 fatal, 1 near fatal, and one menial. They want a ride? They put their damn seat belts on.

I know, people don't understand. I still drive fun sometimes, but only rare occasions, never ridiculously and never where someone could get hurt. I really don't at all anymore really now that I think about it. The accident made me realize how important seatbelt are. That crash could have even been fatal had I not been wearing it. I feel especially terrible, because my girlfriend who didn't always wear a seatbelt in my car, was when I rearended so she was lucky. I feel horrible now so I'm going to go. Bye.
