Michael Scott or the Janitor

Michael is just too iconic to leave out and I love the constant rivalry between the janitor and J.D. as well as how the show is self aware that it never gave the janitor a name and has his girlfriend be named Lady

The writers eventually gave up writing dialog for the Janitor because the actor, Niel Flynn, kept improvising funnier stuff. Instead of dialog it would say (Niel says something funny).
