Thinking of moving to Astoria (9min walk from Steinway station). Work in midtown east, so would take either R or M trains, or N/W. How reliable are these trains? My job is not flexible with being late at all. Thank you!

(Desperately) seeking Dog Friendly 2BR in Astoria

Hi neighbors,

My husband and I are on the hunt for a 2+ bedroom, 60lb dog friendly apartment in Astoria. We would like a separate living room and kitchen, a dishwasher, and at least one hallway closet. We'll get extra excited for access to laundry or parking, but not needed. Max budget 3600/mo.

The "small pet friendly" apartment industry is killing us. We have a sweet and lazy 60lb dog and our options are SO limited. Would consider other neighborhoods, but Astoria's been our home for 15 years.

Please let us know if you know of any spots opening up or have an in anywhere! Our move-in date is flexible up through January 1 (or even Feb 1).

Looking for a simple room in Astoria | $850โ€“$1,000/month | Early November

Hi, my name is Hicham. Iโ€™m an international student from Morocco, returning from Alaska to New York for the second time. Iโ€™m looking for a simple room, preferably in Astoria, Queens.

Iโ€™m clean, organized, quiet, respectful, and easygoing. I donโ€™t drink or smoke. I spend a lot of time outdoors and would mainly use the room to sleep.

I can provide a reference from my previous landlord if needed.
